They had 2 roaches in 226. A small stain on the sheet but I think because it washed but didn’t come off . Other than that the stay was great !

This property was awful! I called 3 hours before getting there and requested early check in, the guy said yes. When we got to the hotel no one was there for 3 hours, come to find out the guy was upstairs sleeping and to add, He was rude and obnoxious. The room we received was dirty and smelt like smoke, and the room was non smoking. Breakfast was horrible with stale waffle batter, toast, milk, cereal and yogurt. Not even eggs. The day after check in, someone went into the room, left towels, no rags and no didn't take out the garbage

Check-in and check out were great. Room was large and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was pitiful. Had to ask for spoons, forks, and cups. Not much offered but waffles were good. Overall a good stay but breakfast could've been better.

This was our third hotel we had planned on staying 3 days in New Orleans we did not get to see New Orleans it poured all three days we were there which left us stuck in our hotel which would have been okay but the room number 22 was so filled with mildew we could not see it but the second you open the door it blasted you in the face so bad that I came home sick and I am still sick from it also the outside area was disgusting when I came in I tripped over a pile of towels trying to soak up the rain in front of the door almost fell on my face The people working up front were very accommodating and very nice however housekeeping was extremely rude even at a simple hello all we got back was disgusting looks and no answer I will never stay here again it was in one of the most dangerous parts of New Orleans and it was not advertised that way no pool not really very many amenities at all unsafe I do not recommend anyone with children to stay at this hotel or anyone with any kind of breathing issues and I'm sure it's leftover from the hurricane and I feel bad for saying that but it was horrible so I have to for other people's health and safety

Jazz Festival Stay 2025

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our issues were with the dampness of our room (we were on the first floor), the television service was horrible, and the Comp Breakfast could use a lot of work. This was our 4th trip to NOLA in 3 years. What we like must was the location of the hotel. Multiple places to eat and shop, and bus service to the Jazz Festival. We understand that the hotel was updating, and that might have lead to some of the issues. We are still on the fence about staying there next year.

Worst hotel ever. Booked for 12 nights and we were gone after the first night. Filthy, run down. Said they had amenities they didn’t have (gym, 24/7 front desk) and not a chance I would eat the breakfast here. Only good thing is that they gave me a refund for my remaining 10 nights. They charged me one night for cancelling. Do not stay here.

Will never stay here again

That place shouldn't have been listed on any site! It's in an unsafe area, check in area had this awful odor--it was all I could do to keep from gagging and vomiting. There's a sign that reads"Guest Parking, Park at your own risk". The room was somewhat ckean, but I still didn't want to touch anything before wiping it down. When I showered, I had to stand in a half inch of water since ot didnt drain while the wayer was running. The towels had been laundered, but they still contained stains--blood or makeup. One of them looked like it had been used to was a car. The fire alarm went off twice in the wee hours. The manager on duty couldn't figure out why the source was a vacant room.

We were looking for a resonably priced place to spend the night in New Orleans. This hotel was close to the attraction we wanted to visit. It was fairly clean but run down. Breakfast was provided but the options were waffles or cereal and the milk was spoiled so we ended up eating elsewhere.
