Room carpets were dirty. Air intake were filthy and need to be cleaned. I am allergic to dust mites and upon arrival, my allergies were triggered and didn’t subside till we left.. Common areas were clean but room was not

Hotel was beyond our expectations! The warm welcome & rich history made the stay that much better. It was within walking distance to everything. Our only complaint was that we weren’t able to eat at the restaurant on Thanksgiving. I wish someone would’ve suggested we make reservations when we inquired about them being open.
