The bathroom was less then to be desired, there was no iron or ironing board. The refrigerator was set on a high temp setting. There are no amenities as far as breakfast of any kind except for there little contracted bistro. So many other options to choose from, the pics def exagerate

Overrated customer rating

Selected hotel due to high customer rating and cost, however, the hotel was substandard. Recptionst, bellhop, and valet were excellent. Room was ok. Balcony overlooking the small courtyard was ok. Room was fine except for wooden portion of the room was bulging, hair dryer didn’t work and the replacement was barely able to blow air, shower was cloging, bathrom floor needed cauking and was unsightly in some areas. Also, maid serve was very loud outside. I don't know how hotels.com had 9.4 customer rating. 7 or 8 would be max overall.

Perfect location

Bell Captain saved us $70 by recommending their taxi instead of Uber or Lyft. They also had bag storage after we checked out, so we could enjoy the day, free of luggage, until flight time.

The Hotel was beautiful. Exactly what we wanted with a balcony on the street side. We were met at the door, with a Staff Member grabbing our bags and storing them as we arrived before check-in. We took a stroll on Bourbon street and received a text when our room was ready. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beautiful.

Hidden surpise.

The staff was very helpful. Not happy with the $50 a day to park my vehicle. Added a big expense for a 3 day stay.
