The staff was superb - thank you to each one of the lovely front desk staff and the valet staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The same goes for the cafe staff. Whoever is doing the hiring - well done. The room was great and housekeeping service was excellent. I really had a wonderful stay and have only concern that won’t change my 5 Stars but would give me to pause to stay here again - I think that bar patrons who are not guests sneak into the pool. There were rowdy people in the pool on some nights cursing and smoking, with children in the pool. I did not have the impression they were guests - they came across as coming directly from the bar in their clothes and just using pool towels. I guess they knew in advance to bring a bathing suit. I can’t say for sure and I’m not trying to play detective here, but fyi to management. This happened on more than one night and there were at least three instances that I suspected this was going on. Please note, I did not report my concerns to the front desk.

Quiet, clean room and great location. Most staff was friendly. Bathroom was ok but fan automatically started when you walk in, which can be sort of annoying. Didn’t see streaming options on the TV. Bed was comfy. Restaurant downstairs is surprisingly good. Tuna sandwich I had for lunch was amazing.
