Don't waste time and money

I asked for 1st floor and got 2nd floor the room was horrible so I went back to front desk then I was given a 1st floor room. The 1st floor room was even worse with bugs in tub and on bathroom floor. I back to front desk and was given another 2nd floor room. I had to go back and get clean sheets and blankets after returning from the store from getting Lysol and Cleaning supplies and I cleaned my own room. I went to get food from a restaurant which is located walking distance in front hotel. Upon returning my suitcase was dug in. 2am we was awaken by security kicking the door trying to make entry. I was scared and nervous. My fiance opened the door and it was security telling us we need to leave room because we don't belong in that room and he proceeded to say he entered our room when we wasn't there and left our door open (wide). I could not go back to sleep the rest of the night. Then 3am I get a phone call from front desk saying I need to switch back the first original room because the lady at front desk didn't put it in system. 9am Saturday morning housekeeping came in my room while I was changing and he didn't knock and couldn't speak fluent English. I had to go. It was horrible horrible horrible

Steer clear unless you broke r a junkie . I didn’t even wanna go here , my bf did and he hasn’t picked anything since. Pls stay away

The first room was not clean so I had to get another room.The second room the key indoor 5 did not work properly.I had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it.They did not offer another room and then they had to door open for 45 minutes.Letting the air out why they fixed the door

First off we arrived and the first room they gave us was filthy, had no TV, no comforter on the beds so we went back to the front desk and was given another room that was not much better. My daughter pulled the sheet back on one of the beds and there was mildew on the masters cover. We returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. This place was not anything like it was advertised to be. Worst experience I have ever had.

It’s okay.

It was fine. Could’ve been cleaner, but not overly dirty. No issues checking in or out. Everyone was perfectly professional. The Floor of the bathtub was a little wonky/warped. It’s a fine place to rest your head for the night.

Sink was half out hole, room smelled bad. Sprayed perfume to mask the smell. Reported the sink and never heard from anyone about it. When checking out i mentioned it so i will not be charged and the lady said she'll note it but she didn't type anything on screen.

When I went to check in the front desk attended claims that my card declined and she cancelled my reservation although my bank account reflected the room fee deducted from my account. The woman was condescending and unhelpful. I feel as if she took the money and cancelled my room. Meanwhile the payment still hasn't returned to my account and I had to find somewhere to stay last minute. Someone should be fired!
