A lovely hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the very small bathroom and no fridge in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. And yes! Location!!! The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

We had a phenomenal time here, the hotel was clean, nice and cool in the July heat, the café was delicious and the staff was attentive. This place is just one block from Bourbon street for shopping and dining but far enough that the hustle and bustle of the busy street doesn't keep you awake. I would highly recommend staying at the Prince Conti, I know I will in the future!

The location was excellent because it was in the heart of the French Quarter, so all of the must-sees were within a few minutes' walk, but the hotel itself left plenty to be desired. Our shower was broken (painfully high, hose-your-unmentionables-off-if-you-move-wrong water pressure) and even though we asked for them to check it out, the shower went unfixed for our entire 5-day stay. The bed wasn't very comfortable and there was nowhere onsight to get water other than from the vending machine.

Our GIRL'S TRIP stay was GREAT! The weekend front desk staff and concierge person were nice and down to earth. The hotel's restaurant hours were a little weird and inconsistent, but everything was tasty and the service was fast! The location is literally a 1/2 block from Bourbon Street so you're in the mix but far enough away that you aren't right in the middle of things. There were a few things that were very minor issues, but it didn't really affect the trip too much. The room door was hard to shut, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, and the toilet ran all day and all night even after shaking the handle. Housekeeping made our beds daily but didn't sweep or vacuum the entire time we stayed. Despite this, we will definitely book again!

Walk to Bourbon Street

This is a perfect property to enjoy all of the festivities in the French Quarter. Walk down the street and there you are on Bourbon Street!
