WE ARE MERKITTAA Bourbon Streetille - KESKITÄ sijaitsee Quarterin alueella, erittäin turvallisessa rakennuksessa, jossa on lukittu pääsisäänkäynti. KAUNIS TULOS, täysin varustettu, tuo vain päivittäistavarat! COMFORTABLY nukkuu 4, mutta mahtuu 5/6 queen size tyynyn ilmapatja!

VUOKRAUS SISÄLTÄÄ ILMAISEN PYSÄYTTÖÖN 24/7 PARKINTOAINEEN (yksi ajoneuvo)! JEE! Autotalli on nurkan takana, henkilökunta on ympäri vuorokauden ja hyvin valaistu. Huomaa: autotalli ei sisällä hissiä. Jos sinulla on liikkuvuusongelmia, pyydä, että olet poistunut rakennuksen sisäänkäynnistä ennen kuin auto on pysäköity. Rakennukseen pääsee pyörätuolilla.

TÄYDELLINEN ILMOITUS: Makuuhuoneen ja olohuoneen tiili seinään takaisin yökerhoon - olet kaupungin sydämessä ja hyvin, se on NOLA :) Tarjoamme runsaasti korvatulppia, mutta saatat kuulla vaimennettuja ääniä. Yökerho asensi äänieristystä hiljattain sateiden jälkeen romahtamalla katonsa niin melu on MINIMAL. Mutta tämä on asukas paikallisten keskuudessa. Vaikka et ehkä saa "Hyatt hiljaa", sinut siunataan kuuroa hiljaisuudella aamulla (ei roska-autoja klo 3!) kunnes tulet paikasta - vaikka se ei ole vasta klo 16!

Kotimme on tupakointitila / NO VAPING / NO PETS -huoneisto; tupakoi / vape ulkona atriumissa tai vain katolla. Emme salli puolueita tai lemmikkejä. Juhlat ovat kiistanalaisia - hahaha.

Löydät kävelyetäisyydellä maailmankuuluja ravintoloita, paraatioreittejä, Bourbon St., Jackson Square ja Ranskan markkinoita. Ja olemme lyhyen taksimatkan päässä Arena, Mercedes Benz Superdome ja Convention Center.

Vieraat pysähtyvät usein "kotiin" päivän aikana keskitetyn sijaintimme ansiosta, mikä tarjoaa kätevän rentoutumisen ennen kuin lähdet ulos! Voit myös viettää aikaa ulko-oven ulkopuolella olevalla patio-pöydällä, rentoutuen viileän juoman ja / tai hyvän kirjan kanssa.

Joten jos etsit muutoksen vauhtia hotellin oleskelusta, niin meidän paikka on paikka, kun aiot olla poissa!

A great stay in the quarter

It was a wonderful visit and great accommodations in a convenient location in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans. The apartment is located in a uniquely renovated building with parking included and a full array restaurants at your disposal. Being close to Bourbon Street meant that one had to put up with a little bit of noise. However, that should be expected when you come to New Orleans. This experience leads me to strongly recommend this apartment.

Great location - adorable place!

Such a great location! We felt so safe, loved the apartment. Was clean and decorated so nicely. The music was loud, didn’t go too late on weeknights but I was able to sleep through it even on weekend. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic place to stay in the Quarter

We had a great stay. The location is about the best you're going to find if you want to be close to the action but not in the action. I wanted to be close to the Famous Door to see the Half Past Whiskey band play and it was only a one or two minute walk away. Both the Clover Grill (8 minute walk) and Cafe Beignet (30 second walk) are close for a great breakfast. The noise was a bit louder than we expected since the jazz club seems to be a dance club now but it was tolerable with the included disposable ear plugs. The building and the apartment are both really cool with lots of character! Michelle the co-host was the most communicative person I have ever experienced on vrbo or arbnb. She makes everything EASY. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Great location to restaurants and clubs on Bourbon Street. Owner Michelle was excellent and available by phone or text at all times to answer our questions. Excellent property for those who want to enjoy the nightlife and clubs on Bourbon Street and like to stay up until the wee hours of the morning. I would not recommend for those who want to go to sleep earlier than 2 a.m. The bedroom, which the host disclosed, shares a wall with the nightclub below, so you will hear music and muffled noise until the club closes.

Prime Location to Experience New Orleans

Great location

We had a great time in New Orleans in this apartment. The parking garage was a nice to have but the location is walking distance from everywhere so if you dont have a car no big deal. The night club was a little annoying for an early riser but that was communicated up front so we knew what to expect. If i come back to New Orleans i will definitely stay here.

Location is everything!

We loved the apt. So cute! The location is great. The hostess makes sure you have all the information you need. Thursday night wasn’t bad with the bar music but Friday and Saturday were LOUD. We live where there is no noise so we hear everything. But, we knew going in it was next to a bar.

Great experience

I love the location and the property. Michelle was awesome, we were able to communicate thru out the whole stay. Was able to address any issues. It was noisy but we were in the heart of New Orleans so it was expected. Overall if you are someone that does not mind loud music then this is the place for you. Thank you Pam and Michelle !

Let me vely property

Fantastic location, just steps away from all the action. Clean, and well-appointed. The music, specifically the bass, from the neighboring club was loud, and played until 3 am om Sat. We were warned about that, and it wasn't a problem until Sat night— I think they cranked it up, it continued until the wee morning hours and its ‘headbanger’ music, not jazz. Just be aware of that, otherwise it is a lovely property. Communication was excellent.

Amazing Location and Host

Incredible vacation rental, and I can't recommend it enough! Very clean and looks just like the pictures. The host was very responsive, answering all my questions quickly and providing helpful local tips. The communication was seamless, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect – centrally located, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it! I'll definitely be coming back.

A beyond great location - close but enough of a distance from Bourbon!! Lovely accommodations! Decorated with style …. Christmas tree was up! No need for a car- you can walk anywhere & everywhere! Amazing Apartment

This apartment is everything you would want when staying in Nola. Beautifully themed and decorated. Centrally located in the quarter, and walking distance to everything downtown. Host was fabulous. Easy to communicate with, prompt answers, and the check in process was so easy since she maps out everything you need to know. Will definitely stay again.

Night one of the Eras Tour was mind blowing but the convenience of the location of this apartment was everything! We parked our car and didn’t give it another thought till it was time to head home! The apartment was quite clean and just perfect! Thanks for sharing New Orleans with us!

New Orleans Family Fun

My father and I attended Cruise the Coast and wanted a place to stay in New Orleans. We spent the day on the gulf coast and the evenings roaming the French Quarter. The apartment is amazing! Excellent way to enjoy “living” in the French Quarter. We shopped at the local grocery store, had amazing parking, and were one minute walking distance to Bourbon street. The host is beyond helpful! She gave me tons of information before we left and lots of very helpful photos and maps to help navigate the one way streets of the French Quarter. There is plenty of sleeping space, one main bedroom and a sleeping cot for the living room. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning that help make white noise to soften the sounds of the near by bar. Having a nice, safe, clean place to stay was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed this apartment! Perfect location to walk to all things NOLA, nicely appointed, and great communication from the host. We will book this unit again on our next NOLA trip.
