Tämä on yksi "French Quarter Townhouses" -kokoelmassamme olevista neljästä kaupunkikodista.

Tässä viehättävässä toisen kerroksen neljän makuuhuoneen Townhouse-sviitissä, joka sijaitsee vain 3 korttelin päässä Bourbon Streetistä (4 minuutin kävelymatka), on ihana, kalustettu olohuone, ruokasali, kolme kylpyhuonetta, parveke näköalalla ranskalaiselle neljännekselle ja New Orleansin horisonttiin. trooppinen ranskalainen kortteli piha, jossa BBQ viihdyttävä. The property was very charming and close enough to the quarter that we typically walked everywhere. We Uber’d for dinners. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need for the stay. Cute balcony and garden area downstairs. Would stay again!

Perfect Location for a Long Weekend in NOLA!!

I stayed at Mike's property for my bachelorette weekend in NOLA with 8 of my closest friends and we had the best time. The house allowed us ample space for sleeping and socializing. We loved the big dining room table, comfortable seating in the living room, and the deck. Mike was super helpful and kind with anything that came up during our stay. The location is centrally located - we only had to Uber once, everything else was within a 15-30 minute walk from the house!! Highly recommend. Incredible weekend!!

Nice house in great location

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house for the Super Bowl. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. 4 bedrooms is a plus! Mike couldn't be any nicer. He was responsive to all of our communications and left us water, coffee, beer & tequila. The house is located down the street from Louis Armstrong Park which makes it a little quieter than staying in the French Quarter. However, since New Orleans is so flat, we walked to everything: the French Quarter, the Superdome, Bourbon Street, the river, every bar and restaurant, and the WWII museum. I would highly recommend this house!!

Incredibly Generous Hosts!

First, I need to mention that our group came to town last week with the purpose of attending the Sugar Bowl. Due to the tragic events in the FQ early on NYD, the game was postponed by a day, which complicated things bc most of our group had planned to depart the morning after the original time. Our host reached out shortly after the announcement and offered to keep us at the house for an additional day at no charge. This made the decision much easier for us and most were able to revise plans to stick it out and watch the game the next day. I can't say enough about the act of kindness from our hosts which allowed us to extend our trip, enjoy some extra time in NOLA and watch our team win at the Superdome. Truly a blessing.The house itself is spacious, with 4 sizeable bedrooms, 3 full bath and a well-stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooking Rampart was a great feature (we watched NYE fireworks from there), as was the common courtyard space out back. The location was superb, with a bit of separation from FQ (more privacy, less noise), but still only three blocks from Lafittes and maybe 7-10 minutes walking to the heart of Bourbon St. Overall, it was a great & memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this property if you're coming to town with a larger group to explore the French Quarter and surrounding neighborhoods.

Good stay for couples or families

The unit had great sunlight and tall ceilings. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a well equipped kitchen. There were lots of seating in the unit. Property was walkable to Bourbon street. We felt safe in the area. If weather was cooler we would have enjoyed the backyard patio more.

Perfect location

Home was lovely and in a perfect location. Walking distance to Bourbon street and the Louis Armstrong Park. Just outside the door is a stop for the hop on hop off bus, which was a plus. House is as described with plenty of space to move around and relax. With the amount of walking we did, I am so glad to booked this house in the French quarters. Host was responsive and accommodating. Thanks for everything!

The location was perfect. It was great being near the locals and a part of the history. We were in walking distance to bourbon and near one of the stops to participate in the Hop on Hop off tour. Instructions to check in were simple and easy!

Our stay was perfect. Place had plenty of space, and stayed nice and cool during hot July days. Location is great, it’s quiet enough but still close to nightlife! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay here in NOLA, perfect location and it's within walking distance to everything in French Quarter, short drive to the airport and to a swamp tour. The house had plenty of room, comfty beds. Was really nice having the extra bathrooms too, Highly recommend the place!

Excellent location for a gathering of friends!

5 of us stayed at this Townhouse. There was plenty of space for us and we could have added a couple more people and still all had our own bed. Owner was very communicative and so thoughtful! Plenty of towels and toiletries for everyone. Our only note is that the showers would benefit from updated shower heads. We walked everywhere from this location. Its proximity to the French Quarter is very convenient, but note that it does mean there is noise. It’s an older - lovely - building with older windows. Not drafty or anything, but road noise and party noise does come through. This was not an issue for us at all, but guests should be ready for that with ear plugs if needed. I will recommend this location and others owned by the same individual!

I was unsure of the location initially but the property pictures and maps along with communication with property owners were reassuring. We were in walking distance of Bourbon and the French Quarter. It was nice to have parking avaliable to us along with several different security measures. It was a great experience and the bride enjoyed herself! It was a win 🙂

Great choice for a family group

Our family of six adults and three children stayed over Christmas. There was plenty of secure parking and we enjoyed easy walks into all areas of the French Quarter. The property had all the facilities we needed except a laundry. We felt comfortable and secure. The property manager was very responsive even on Christmas Day. We couldn't be happier with our stay.
