I had a good stay here. The staff were pleasant and helpful (including giving me good advice on parking--cheap to park right next door), and the room and breakfast were fine. Clean bed sheets, modern TV that you can connect to apps through your phone, a large fridge and oven in the room if you need it, and importantly, in a good location relative to the Smoothie King Center. Minor critiques are that the bacon was chewy and strange, there was no ice machine so you had to get a (free) bag of ice from downstairs, there was some water damage in the bathroom that should probably be addressed, and the bathroom only had a glass wall covering half of the shower and no shower curtain, which was not something I had seen before and was a bit awkward. But it got the job done and I don't have any major complaints.

Could only rate this terrible. The big time needs improvement... Much more caring friendly staff! Nobody cares here tested and proven. As a tourist I simply asked where to get some groceries and she had zero clue! Doesn't even know a Walgreens is right around the corner! This was strike one. Room dirty in many spots and needs a big refresher boost, the entire place does! The breakfast was weak! No bananas or fruit or yogurt and just sausage looking 4 yrs old so I had cereal and toast! TV went out and last straw! I moved out and took a loss on the next 3 nights pd and went elsewhere and lugged my suitcase and stuff to a new better choice. A bush off by so called manager on my Google review. DO NOT STAY HERE. Thank me later. Out money and was so frustrated during my first visit to Orleans!

The room (1008) was spacious, but dated. The bathroom was not good. There was no shower curtain or door, but a half pane of glass. The only way you could get in the shower was to straddle the toilet and contort your body to wiggle in the area. Quite ridiculous. Someone is going to slip coming out of that, and get seriously hurt. It was during mardi gras, so half of the tenants had the floor smelling like marijuana smoke.
