Short but pleasant trip

It was a short but great stay that allowed me the quiet and peace I needed to prepare for my parade. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

Near the warehouse district or in the district around the studios and exhibits .there r some stores and bars close by .kind of easy to find and get to .i did have some problems last night .it had gotten dark .its my first time here .idk everything or where everything is located ,phone died .there r several SpringHill suites ,so when i asked for directions.it was bit of a problem cause there was a number of locations .i m having great time too bad I leave today 😔thank u .

Excellent Service-Under Reno

The service and staff were excellent. Only major complaint was we had 2 rooms…one room was not ready until a quarter to 5 in the evening and we needed to be ready by 6 for an event. They got another room ready for the other part of our group right after 5 after speaking with a manager. Check-in was meant to be at 4. You can definitely tell part of the hotel is under renovation but the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lobby and dining area was clear and inviting. 4th floor needs to have the remodeling finished. It was missing baseboards and the hall carpets had a slight smell. But overall a good stay.

Great property! We rode in Cleo and the hotel was situated in the middle of all of our events! Clean rooms that are big! Valet parking was great and the staff is awesome!!!!!!

The property is in a good location, everything is within walking distance or a short uber ride. The front desk staff was pleasant It was obvious that property had a recent leak. The initial room given to me smelled like mildew , had stains all over the walls and the light fixure in the bathroom was completely rusted out. I went to the front desk and they didn't really ask any questions and changed my room for me. This room was alot better smelled like it was freshly cleaned , however the sink stopper was missing and the sink was clogged it looked like a previous guest dropped something in . There was also hair in it, the back part of the sink had mildew inside. There wss an obvious leak stain behind the curtains and a soda bottle on the floor. I didn't complain anymore and went ro CVS brought cleaning products to wipe down and disinfect areas used. In the hallways the carpat was hanging off the baseboards and they were doing work in one of the courtyards. The elevator carpet always had stuff on it even early in the morning. The overall cleanliness was not good. The staff behind the desk was very nice but the cleaners didn't speak unless spoken too. I wish the hotel would have been upfront about the issue or challenges due to the leak gave people an option. I paid over 700 for 3 days and it was not worth it at all. FYI. 3 other people had to switch rooms due to the strong smell of mildew in my group one of them had a newt crawling up the wall as well.

Overall it was ok. Staff seemed ok, not overly friendly but not rude. We also found a large cockroach in our room on the floor right in the middle of the walk way that was not there the night before on day 2. When I told front desk they did offer to send housekeeping in, but say no as I wasnt sure what housekeeping was going to do about it other than throw it away which we did ourselves. No offer of discount, but I also didn't push it because it was just 1 big not multiple. Breakfast was good, yet it was the same thing daily and by day 3 it was pretty redundant. No fresh fruit or anything semi healthy options for our kid. Location was good, walking distance to some things but mostly needed Uber.
