Great staff ,horrible stay

My tv in my room was broken. That’s was the first night. The second night the hotel had party that turn out in a life threatening situation.. guns was pulled out on us which they locked the hotel. we couldn’t even go back in our rooms for hours just sitting in the lobby.. I will return to this property

There was a party on the 17 floor. A gentleman from the hotel helped us get into the elevator by holding back some of the students.

Had to pay $30 to park across the street, but in the heart of New Orleans... So not too bad. The shower is fantastic. And the room is big... Great value for the price...
