The staff was nice but it would've been nice to know the rooftop bar and restaurant was unavailable before the booking. The water room 30 minutes to get hot and no maintenance man on hand.

The room itself was decent, but it did have a few problems. 1.) there were no food/drink amenities available. Idk if they’re doing renovations or what, but it would be nice to have somewhere to get food or drinks that doesn’t require DoorDash or leaving. There wasn’t even ice on the floors. You have to go to the front desk to get it. 2.) there was no parking. I had to pay $57/night for valet parking. For how much I paid for the room, I would expect there to be a free spot that I could park in, but no. 3.) The shaving mirror in the bathroom was worn out, and just faced downward. 4.) the lotion bottle by the sink had been ripped out of the wall and not repaired. 5.) the shower cycles from ice cold to scorching hot without the knob being touched. It made for a very uncomfortable shower experience. 6.) there was a medium sized red stain on the carpet that it didn’t look like they even tried to get out. No biggie, but it was there. Overall, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, but for the price, I would expect higher quality.

The staff was courteous, but we had to ask them three separate times for extra blankets because they just weren't bringing them. The cleanliness left something to be desired. There were stains on the walls, blankets, and floors. The floors didn't look like they were being cleaned fully. There was something that had been dripping down one of our walls that wasn't from us, but also hadn't been cleaned. There were clumps of hair EVERYWHERE. Several things in the room were broken. The first night they gave us a room someone else was already in. They had to give us a new room. It seems like it was a nice place...30 years ago.

We didn't stay here. We checked in, the room was awful and the service was even worse. We were kicked out of the hotel for demanding better service and a room with hot water. We were told they would reimburse us and they never did. I am filing a claim.
