Pool & Hot tub closed for the month of December 2025 and the pool was the only reason we booked (for our grandkids). Nothing about the closure was on the website when we booked. It was apparently added later. They should have sent out an email to everyone that had reservations when they decided to renovate/close the pool. We would have cancelled. We didn't find out until we got there. They refused to offer any refund or compensation. The staff just doesn't care.

The group I had with me was satisfied. My only concern was I thought the beds were supposed to be Queens. they were doubles (full). But I have no paperwork from when I booked. My only concern. everything else was fine.

Our room was never cleaned or bed wasn’t made up. No cleaning staff available. Our trash was taken out and clean towels were left and that was the extent of it . Our floor needed vacuuming and it NEVER was the entire time we were there.
