Has potential to be a good hotel but there is a consistent trend of cutting corners on the rooms being cleaned, Basic facts are we found the Toilet not clean on arrival, dried urine around seat, tobacco pouch on edge of trash can, discovered the smell from fridge was a partially eaten rotisserie chicken with bottle of ranch, bath tub brown speckles, good points: Front desk staff were friendly. ac works good, sheets looked like they did get washed, similar experience last time we stayed plus finding hair in the bed,

The building had major damage to the room next to ours due to an accident that I was told had happened almost a month earlier. Our room was open to outside air due to this damage and due to the humidity everything was wet and moldy. There was hardly no hot breakfast due to employee was on the phone over 45 minutes. People were taking pictures of the empty containers and no cups, bowls or plates. The manager on duty would not help correct the issue. I would not recommend this Hotel to any body.

Refrigerator ruined my lunchmeat,mayo, fruit, front desk said no maintenance on duty i can move to another room, wouldve been 3rd move due to no electricity in first room for lights and tv. Then it would've been really late to transfer, because we didnt leave to go have supper til after 5 and there was still no room clean. Originally reserved a King room, upon arrival, no kings available, really dirty pool, just not a very good experience this trip. It was my husband's birhday getaway and i feel i shouldve been reimbursed at least one night due to the experience.

This hotel went downhill DRASTICALLY! We thought, under new management and a new brand, it would start to improve but I feel like it has gotten worse. The only reason we stay here is because there are literally NO other options as close to the multi-use arena as this one and the nature of our visits require us to be close by. This is literally one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Booked my stay through Hotels.com; got a call a few days before that the room was no longer available. They did accommodate me after I asked how Wyndham was going to compensate me for lost money and for not being able to participate in the race that brought me to the area. The room was not clean. There were toothpaste splashes on the bathroom mirror, and the desk/nightstand/tv surfaces had fingerprints all over. There was mildew on the ceiling in the lobby, as well.

Very comfortable room, bed and pillows are soft. Air conditioning very cold which is a reprieve from the heat of the day. Recommendation would be to have a blanket available in the closet since the bedding is just a flat sheet and very light coverlet. We tried asking for the blanket but it appeared that only one person was on duty working the hotel and she appeared very busy. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.
