Welcome to Southwind Condominium 104, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground-floor condo located just steps from the car-free beach. This ideal spot offers amazing ocean views from almost every room, along with an oceanfront patio featuring comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. It's also just a short walk to the town center, offering shopping and dining, and minutes away from the Canaveral National Seashore and Bethune Park, where you'll find a variety of recreational activities.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for family meals with ocean views as the backdrop. The dining area comfortably seats 4, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The spacious living room offers a flat-screen TV, Bose stereo, and a sofa sleeper. Open the sliding doors to your private oceanfront patio, where you can relax with the sounds of the waves. Direct beach access is just outside, making it easy to step onto the shore.

The condo is just as depicted! It was so well appointed with linens, beach chairs and toys, spice/cooking pantry well stocked! It was incredibly spacious. The building itself was very quiet and the other residents so kind. The location is unbeatable with walkout onto lawn you feel like you’re on the beach! I would highly recommend booking for a young family. Our stay was wonderful.

Can’t beat it!

You cannot beat these views. This condo had everything we needed. The beach, pool, and pickleball courts were fantastic. We hardly needed to leave. Highly recommend this property.
