Incredible Condo

We had the best time at our stay in this condo. We come to NSB once a year to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach/warm weather. This condo was perfect for my family of 5. It was impeccably clean. We loved being on the high floor with the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Additionally, the condo was fully updated with an amazing master suite. My three kids loved the bunk beds and the queen bed in the guest suite. Additionally, there were all the amenities that we would need for the beach including coolers! Would highly recommend.

The property is amazing. The beach is the best beach I ve ever walked on (and I’ve been walking beaches for years). We loved exploring the area. Our balcony received morning sun and it was wonderful to sit out there and enjoy our coffee, read, or just chill. This was our first trip to new Smyrna and we loved it

Beautiful location and accommodations

This condo was very nicely appointed and maintained. Also, the amenities were also nicely maintained. The view from the balcony is very nice. The use of a luggage cart was very helpful! I also appreciated not having to pack beach/pool towels.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Condo was clean and spacious with an awesome location. It has everything you need. Enjoyed getting up every morning to watch the sunrise over the water. My family & I had a perfect weekend. The condo was also well decorated & updated, while still feeling cozy. It felt like a second home. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Great family getaway

This unit is very updated and nice! We saw inside a few other units and this was much nicer. The whole property is great and very family friendly. We loved that we were in the no driving part to the beach. We will be coming back again and again!

Perfect for a beach getaway with family and friends

Location was perfect as far away from a lot of activity on the beach. Property felt safe and secure as well very clean along with security to make sure pool was closed on time and only renters could use the amenities.

Family Friendly Condo on the Beach!

Super clean, tastefully decorated and recently updated-all for an amazingly reasonable price! Our family of four had plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring all New Smyrna has to offer. We took advantage of the beautiful beach and had a blast with some epic shuffle board tournaments. Our only disappointment was the “seasonably heated” pool was not heated during our stay due to a stretch of cooler weather. However, we would still highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the beach!!

Beach Vacation

I absolutely loved this condo. We have three kids so the queen and twin with trundle in the second room was perfect for my family. The ocean view is great and the property pools and shuffle board courts are awesome. The owner pays attention to all the small things that really make your stay unique. Both bathrooms and kitchen sink had hand soap dispensers. The Kitchen was also stocked with dish soap, coffees, tea, hot chocolate, creamers, sugar etc. We were also left with laundry Pods, dishwasher tabs and extra garbage bags. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Cute condo with a lot of ammeneties

Very clean condo. Very clean beach. We are a family of four. So it was nice to have two showers. The place came with all the bath towels you needed. (You do need to pick up toilet paper and paper towels). The kitchen came was several pots and pans, cookie sheets, a crock pot, all the dishes, utensils you needed. To bonus Tupperware. Beach chairs were also provided. And we left noodles which are nice for floating in the pool. Two very nice pools are on this property and are cleaned daily. There are carts to unload your cars and take up the elevator. They are located behind the elevator. They supplied a lot of extra pillows and blankets to lounge on the couch with. The keyless entry was very nice as we were coming and going on our own back and fourth to the beach. A lot of cute shops at Flagler. Just a mile down the road. There are tons of places to go within ten minutes. When you pull out of the complex and make a left there is a dollar general market for quick needs. BUT in that plaza there is a laundry mat stop there and get $20 in quarters to help you out with the coin operated washer and dryer all week. Mrs Cs diner in that plaza was our favorite place to eat (shellfish free) If you are looking to stay in New Smyrna make sure you do your homework. Just a ten minute walk down people are allowed to drive on the beach and park their cars. That was definitely a turn off for me. Look forward to staying here again!
