Had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially at check out. The only complaint is the elevators get crowded. Long lines sometimes but I would stay here again.

I love that they give you a welcome cocktail in the lobby bar! They were really tasty. They also give $25 tokens to use on the property but we were not able to use it at the very expensive buffet or in the roof top bar. Great view from there though. I would definitely stay there again

For the amount of money you pay I expected a bigger room. The room was soooo tight you couldn’t even walk. Ice machine is in the basement!!!! I booked the trip in advance and still had to come out of pocket an extra $200. NEVER AGAIN! The only positive was that it’s only a 10 minute walk to MSG!
