I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Aliz Hotel, which unfortunately fell far below expectations.
First, I was charged an additional $100 in taxes that were never disclosed or communicated prior to booking. This lack of transparency was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, as guests should be clearly informed of all charges in advance.
Additionally, at 4:00 a.m., the fire alarm went off, forcing all guests to evacuate and gather in the lobby in the middle of the night. We were left standing in freezing conditions, only to later be told that this was a false alarm. The elevators took an excessive amount of time to reach our floor both during the evacuation and afterward, adding to the discomfort and stress.
To make matters worse, the staff was not friendly or helpful, which further worsened the experience during an already inconvenient and alarming situation.
Lastly, although checkout time was clearly stated as 11:00 a.m., our room keys were deactivated at 10:00 a.m., causing unnecessary inconvenience and confusion.
Between the unexpected charges, the disruptive false fire alarm, the lack of professionalism from staff, and the key deactivation prior to checkout time, this stay was deeply disappointing. Given these circumstances, I would sincerely appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort experienced.
I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. I look forward to your response.
