Always a great stay at Ameritenia. Great staff. Comfortable rooms, nice size for NYC standards, with nuce bathrooms. And the location is great for business and pleasure (but be aware a 60-ish story highrise is just going up across Broadway with lots of construction).

Clean, nice staff, close to Times Square, good price. Windows not well insulated: bring a white noise machine for street noise construction (which was going on in the middle of the night). Elevator button lights were broken and the other elevator didn’t work properly. Needed to get staff to help me use them.

Clean, quiet, great marathon morning breakfast spread. The rooms were small but modern and nice. My only complaint was how hot the room was, I could not turn down the thermostat. My fault for not contacting front desk.

Staff couldn’t have been kinder, but the elevators are having a very hard time reading key cards for all guest. And I couldn’t get my room colder than 75° the first night eventually, I realized I had to move the curtains off of the intake for the heater/air conditioner. But they didn’t know that was the problem.
