Pleasantly surprised. Room was not large - but not many in NYC are. Good shower and the bed was pretty comfortable. Loved the many bed pillows. Good location - two long blocks to 9th Avenue in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Great price point for New York City.

Reception was very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Our room - standard hotel room. Basic breakfast choices but tea & coffee available 24hr. Suitcase storage available. Convenient location, close to the cruise terminal and USS Intrepid and short walk to Broadway area. Lots of food options short walk to 8th or 9th street.

I’ve never in my life heard of a hotel putting a hold for the full amount of the room on your account and then subsequently charging the full amount at check in. Here I am 24 hours later with double the cost of the room out of my account. When I addressed this with the front desk they said it would take 24 hours which has turned out not to be true.

The check in was terrible,you don't get 24 hours for your money,you travel a long exhausting way just for some unconcerned kid to make you sit for hours ,it's amazing all rooms become available at 3 that has lost you customers i'm a choice member

Our room was right off the lobby with the elevator right next to our door. Very noisy!! Our toilet would only flush once an hour due to low water flow. Our shower was a trickle because if you turned it on full volume it would scald you. This was the worst hotel we have ever experienced.

Great location. Hotel checked all amenities boxes, plus breakfast! Seven of us were gone all day walking the city, and we slept well each night and were ready for the next day’s adventures! Fatima at the front desk is the best!!

The Front desk staff were outstanding. They booked our transfers to the airport same price as a cab and we got a private town car it was great. Breakfast was great-WiFi was good as well.
