Very good hotel, nobody ever bothered us room service was amazing and always checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. And the hotel was only 15min walking distance from time square.

Our stay was just ok. The location was the only good thing . Hotel was quiet which was very helpful coming back from being out in the city. Long wait times for breakfast , toaster didn’t work. Housekeeping also never came in to our room , we never got our towels changed and the trash taken out in the 3 days that we were there. I probably won’t be back again

The reason I did not give you excellant was because of the poor wifi connections. As a traveler it is so important with family and also accessing paperwork that I needed to download for tickets that were prebooked. A good wifi is a necessity, not a luxury these days. The hotel was just perfect in every other way. So comfy beds, room clean and breakfast included. 15 mins walk to Times Square and subway.

Our door did not match the door frame and we could easily open our room just by sliding a credit card into the door frame and our door would pop open We didn’t like that. Overall the room was a place to sleep and shower while visiting NYC.

We used this hotel because it was walking distance from the Cruise Port in Manhattan. It was also close to a bus line and subway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Time Square was just a 10 minute walk. We spent a couple of days here and will be using it for our future cruises.
