The rooms were a lot smaller than what I was told. The beds were 2 full and not 2 queens. The restroom kept leaking water when showering and the door didn’t close all the way. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more better room conditions. The elevators also were such- only 2 elevators for over 30 floors.

Overall the stay was good for the price. Rooms are a bit small. I went to withdrawal cash from the ATM in the lobby and it took money out of my account but never gave me Cash (twice to be exact ) I called my bank immediately. Fingers crossed that this will be resolved asap. I Had to walk to the bank branch down the street just to withdrawl cash.

Reserved a kind bed. It was California king which is smaller than regular king The room was very small even for an nyc room. Check in line had at least 25 people in it. Waited at the bar and paid 21$ for a cheap glass of wine. In the area of the hotel can fine a decent glass for less. The room was clean and quiet

It’s so difficult for me to rate this hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in NY over time but this ranks the lowest.The lady who handled my check in was lovely but on the other days, some staff I dealt with were moody and just a tad rude. The room windows were dirty on the outside. No fridge. The location is not bad- walkable distance to most places you would like to see. The lifts were fast too - depending on time of day. For a hotel with 30 floors and 4 lifts - sometimes you were kept waiting ages

All the staff were kind and helpful. Mia took extra care of my needs. I lost my mother and was there for healing my heart. She was great. All the staff were great!! Perfect location and I loved it being a simple repurposed building!!!!! They did a great job turning something old into something awesome! I loved it. Thank you all.
