I had a good stay over there overall. They made me pay a $200 deposit that I was supposed to get back within 14 days but never got it back until today… The room was good, clean, convenient, good AC management. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The location is great, it’s literally right next to Times Square. Their restaurant is also good. I had a great experience overall my rate would be 8.5/10

Room and.location were good. Check in was a nightmare due to log line. We had somewhere to be so left bags with bag service instead if checking in which saved a lot of time. Bag service was great.

I would never stay at this property again. This was my 1st trip to New York and upon arriving we had the absolute worst experience with checking in. Their card machine was down and kept declining our credit card for check in. Before they realized it was them and not me, they were extremely rude and dismissive. The guy checking me in continuously told me it was my problem and not them when I tried 4 different cards...and not once did he apologize once another co worker or assistant manger told him it was their system.....We waited for what seemed like forever for them to figure out what to do, while the line behind us continued to grow longer and longer. We were so exhausted and frustrated. They then had us fill out a long authorization form which charged me a dollar to even do that. When I told them that, they again denied it when the charge is literally right there...We were never offered compensation or anything to help with the huge inconvenience; not even an apology. I would never stay at this hotel again .

Lobby needs a lot of work. Chaos checking in, chaos checking out. Damaged floors, tiny space, and super crowded. Elevators were miserably slow and poorly ventilated. Shower was cracked and had mildew in one corner. This is the room they put me in despite me having Hilton Honors gold status.

Great stay for a weeekend. Recommend!

Pretty clean hotel, there were a couple small things that werent totally spotless but I'd give it an honest 7.5/10 for that. The roof and location was really the selling point for me, and it did NOT disappoint! Incredible views and literally walking distance from everything you could possibly need. Times square is about a10 minute walk, and the best pizza, 2 bros in next door. Liberty bagel is right around the corner too, and dim sum sam for the crispiest pork belly of time. Would definitely stay here again, but would try to book it much further in advance because the price tag for this hotel is rather high. The only real inconvenient thing I ever ran into was the tv remote situation in my room (there were 2 different ones, I called front desk and they sent someone and fixed it for me!) and from time to time the elevator lines got crowded and would make frequent stops. Also just be aware u might be jammed in an elevator with like 15 people maybe once or twice if you stay for just a weekend. There really wasnt anywhere to really put your trash, so we collected

Centrally located for all of the sights we wanted to see, easy walk from Penn Station. Staff was courteous, professional and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean.
