Rooms are very small—fine for one, tight for two. Could use some updates; lots of touch-ups where replacements are needed. It’s noisy at night but expected for Times Square. Great location, comfy bed, and plenty of food nearby.

Falling Apart, 4 star prices but 2 star experience

This dark, dingy location is in desperate need of updating. It looks nothing at all like the photo. There are holes in the flooring in the lobby, the seating in there is badly cracked (terrible first impression). There are weird decorations everywhere. The guest rooms are not updated, cracks in everything, old carpeting, not filthy but you also get the feeling it isn't the cleanest either (there was a huge gob of lotion left on the toilet lid)...the ironing board was broken, the shower floor had cracks in it, the veneer on the furniture was peeling off. The staff seems very very nice, so this isn't a reflection on them -- clearly management/corporate needs to invest in this place or drastically lower prices, because it is not worth the 4 star prices/2 star experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It’s really good value and offers all the standard amenities of a 4 star hotel. They even gave out welcome cookies since I’m a loyalty member! The elevated is a bit old but everything else felt updated & well maintained. The staff was generally helpful and welcoming as well.

Helpful and friendly staff room was very clean. one maintenance issue. Bathroom door won't shut all the way. It sticks really bad. Elevators are slow but the big problem with riding the elevator is there's no signage telling the guest how to use the panel. No one knows that you have to tap your room key to some round thing before punching the floor button. Also you can only go to the floor you're on. Every time the elevator was packed and people were trying to hit other people's floor for them and it didn't work... well you get the picture. Signage would help a lot and eliminate a lot of frustration

Conveniently located near Times Square (it is a zoo), walking distance to B'way shows... there's more to NYC than this location. Make sure you visit Central Park for a mellower vibe.

What we felt was lacking was the concierge. They sold us tickets for the on and off bus and the tour audio didn’t work for half of it. We weren’t the only ones. We told the concierge about it wanting our money back. She said it wasn’t her but they are a third party. So they can sell the tickets but not back it up? No number was given to contact the company.
