The bathroom ceiling had several spots of mold, all the tabletop surfaces were covered in dust, the bathroom exhaust fan wouldn’t turn on, and in some areas of the bedroom and bathroom the wallpaper was peeling or torn.

Hotel is clean but room & service werent great. Room had broken toilets paper holder, broken towel holder, toliet constantly ran, and shower door didnt close so water ran on floor. Had issues with the tv called the front desk took over 90mins and a trip down to talk to the manager to get someone to come up. Pay alot of money to stay there. Next time ill choose a different hotel inside the city.

Rooms are very small—fine for one, tight for two. Could use some updates; lots of touch-ups where replacements are needed. It’s noisy at night but expected for Times Square. Great location, comfy bed, and plenty of food nearby.
