Location is the best, close to all major NYC accommodations… Rooms are very small with little to no storage and no fridge to store fruits or drinks… beds very uncomfortable small, not queens, so how does Hilton advertise this room with Two (2) double beds can sleep Four (4) people ? Also there is no lobby where you can f”gather ?, just a lot of noise Staff very attentive & polite and helpful

Room was clean and warm when we arrived. Have to give a shout out to Kevin at the front desk! He went above and beyond our 3 nights there. Extra coffee for the room, gluten free snacks for my daughter. He remembered us and gave a wave, every time we passed through the crazy packed lobby! Would stay here again, genuine customer service means a lot!

The room was clean and The view was amazing! My only complaint is the room needs to be updated! The doors were scratched up at the edges, wood chipped off, the outlets barely worked. The elevator is slow but that’s not too bad. Overall I would stay here again, they just need to make little touch up’s to make the place better! Also I will say the food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff all over are very friendly and helpful.

Great location and convenient. The lobby felt a little chaotic, dark and uninviting. There were constantly large fans on the floor running but not a huge issue. Also, each day there was a different name appearing on the TV in my room (never mine). This was a little alarming as I worried at some point someone else would be assigned to my room and walk in. Front desk assured me the room was showing only for me and never did anyone else attempt to come in. But it was just strange. Not a bad stay but I probably wouldn’t opt for this hotel again. Important to note the staff was wonderful, however.

Front desk staff helpful and very friendly. Room was clean however it was dark by the closet and dresser - no lights. . The lights by the bed were too bright - it was eye height and it glared right into your eyes. The room was quiet.wevhad breakfast in hotel - food good but it took awhile to get it since there were only a few customers there. All in all very satisfied.
