Helpful reception and porter. Fast lifts. Only thing was there were private events on roof top bar every evening and didn’t say no children- had booked hoping to make use of this facility. Otherwise well located for bus, subway and Times Square walking.

Staff were very courteous! But hotel ran out of hot water although resolved several hours later. Needed towels and was given 3 bath mats in error. Room was very clean but the pullows were toocsoft. Mattress also too soft and heavily indented from previous guests which was uncomfortable. Needed to sleep with head at foot of bed.

The toilet was running all the time. The shower curtain was short and the water leak outside so much that we used so many towels to contain the water that reached the front door. The shower had a water bubble on the ceiling. He was not ideal. I know they’re doing construction right now. I hope everything that we mention gets clear.

A "NYC" hotel...Room good; Lobby/elev. 'NYC' rush; Frt Desk staff personable; Bar/Rest. Staff friendly. Location: Great for planned itinerary; 5-15+m walk to Times Sq./Madison Sq. Gard.; Intrepid/River/Lincoln Tunnel, etc.; Subway entry on corner. Taxi from NWK under $100/45m. Overall: It's "NYC".
