Great boutique hotel, very clean, modern decor, great use of space. I love the location and the cozy feel of the hotel. We did not get housekeeping service on Sunday, August 17. We left at 8AM and returned at 3:30pm expecting our room to be refreshed. It wasn't. At 4:15pm a man knocked on our door and asked if we wanted housekeeping service. I declined as we were resting. This was a bit of a bummer. (I went to the linen closet in the hall to retrieve some fresh towels - apparently others had done the same as the closet looked like a tornado had come through at some point.)

One of the nicest hotels I stayed in in NYC for the price. Got a a two-bed room and was pleasantly surprised by how roomy and comfortable it is. On 36th between 5th and 6th avenues, the location is very good. Service was pleasant and front desk and host very welcoming. Would stay again.
