It was a very nice room, nice helpful staff. I should have read the reviews to see that no microwave or refrigerator was in the King sized room but I didn't really need them since when you eat out in NYC the portions rarely leave you with leftovers 😂

This hotel charges $18 per day for morning coffee and danish. The rooms cost $180-$225 per day, for that charge coffee in the dining room should be included with the room price. I will find elsewhere to stay the next I visit New York.

I was very happy with the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Emily who checked me in and gave me an upgrade, and checked me out. Her colleagues were very helpful, too, assisting me to receive my delayed luggage and receiving a parcel that my friend had sent. Cleaning ladies were quick and skillful. The room was nice, clean and neat. No fridge but that was okay. There is a safe box in the room and enough hangers in the closet (I think there was a dozen). I specifically appreciated the body lotion, I love when hotels provide that, thanks! It’s a small but very pleasant addition. The price was the best for the period of my trip, and for this type of a hotel merely excellent. I also used my hotels.com bonuses to pay for a part, so I’m very happy with the price/quality ratio. The hotels.com keeps asking me about the breakfast – I don’t think I had breakfast included in my stay – and if so I’m very sad I missed that. It wasn’t clearly stated when I booked the room. I would have used the breakfast but noone told me it was available. I was sick the first days of my trip and it made me stay in the room more than I planned on a touristic trip. And it was a very nice place to stay in and recover. Thanks.
