The stafd checking us in was not professional in the sense of not welcoming our party in a proper way. When asked where our room was placed out of the 20+ floors they had, they put us on the 3rd floor. When following up with a question about not wanting to be in front of the elevator, he went on to explain that we would not be and the elevator isnt plaved in front of any rooms, and that you must walk left or roght to get to your room whole putting his hands out to provide a visual as if our party was illiterate. No mention of room service or amenities included in our stay was mentioned, nor the use of the front lobby door and elevator requiring key card access. When we got to the 3rd floor, to our surprise our room 306 was less than 2 feet from the elevator. Not only was this a sagety concern as we are a group of females staying in the hotel, but we specifically asked not to be placed near the elevator for noise control and safety reasons. Each time we got into the elevators with others, we felt extremely uncomfortable as our floor was always first to be let out whilst the rest of those in the elevator were on floors 10+. Our psrty would split up to not show the other random guests in the hotel where our room was. The staff need more training.
