Incredibly pleased with our recent experience at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. really nice hotel very clean and new but be careful at night there is a lotta bums walking around since its close to the port authority. thays not on the hotel tho thats on the peiple who run nyc.

The valet staff and Pablo, one of the drivers, were the absolute best! They were the most helpful. The check-in staff (two younger females) were less than friendly and seemed to be bothered by the guests no matter who they were. Location was great, rooms were spacious (compared to typical NYC rooms), the lobby is great! Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and they do AN AMAZING JOB with maintenance and housekeeping!!!!! When I say they are quick and respectful- I mean that in every sense of the words. The staff, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen workers were always smiling and really brought that energy to the space they were in. Would highly recommend :)
