Fast check in and check out. Even though the hotel is high rise there are three very fast elevators so there was no inconvenience. The interior feels recently renovated and very clean. Minor downsides are slightly low water pressure and a somewhat noisy heating system but at this price it is hard to find a better hotel. Excellent breakfast and outstanding value for the price.

The room is spacious. Breakfast is delicious, with several meal options. Hotelโ€™s location is the best. It is a walking distance to Broadway shows , NBA store , Times Square, etcetera. The staff are very helpful and courteous.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size considering youโ€™re in a hotel room in New York. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to store our luggage before we could check in. Joseph made sure all our needs were taken care of. When we requested items for the room like additional pillows, they arrived while we were gone. I would definitely stay there again.
