Your daytime staff, except for Joseph and the night staff on 9/29 were not helpful at all, never greeted you as you approached the counter and were just plain rude. We were told ahead of time that there would be no problem getting an early check in due to the fact we had dinner and theatre reservations. There was no effort on their part to help us out. There’s no way that at 3:00 the rooms instantly open up. If we ever come to ZNYC, we will not stay at your hotel.

Hotel is clean and updated with nice rooms. Breakfast is decent. Location is near transit and fantastic. We were coming a day later, I called the hotel and told them. Then they called me at 2am and asked if I was coming, I said yes later that day as I said when I called earlier. When I check in they couldn't find the reservation, but figured out they had pre checked me in. Service bad, property great. Also has a roof deck.

Loved our stay, the closeness to time square; having the hotel help us celebrate our son’s birthday by having balloons in our hotel room. Only downfall to our stay was being woken up at 6:20 to the fire alarm blaring and 4 times after that; not having to evacuate tho was a plus!
