The room was clean, smelled good. There was some trash in the corners of the room, but it was ok. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Location was perfect for our trip. The only con was the toilet pressure. I would most definitely book this hotel again, in my future stays.

The staff was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality that was shown was top tier. Adunni at the front desk was very professional and assisted my daughter and I with instructions on riding the subway. Mrs. Caroline Bálson in house keeping is so precious and kind. She made sure our room was cleaned to perfection and always asked if we needed anything. She has such a sweet and loving spirit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay! Staff was great and very accommodating. The location is phenomenal, easy walk to most things — Central Park, broadway shows, MSG, Rockefeller plaza, and of course Times Square. Was also very impressed with the security presence and the exact security measures taken. Will definitely stay here again!

Air conditioner unit in the room was not in good working condition. It was very hot in the room the first night we were there. We also tried to call the receptionist/ guest services line approximately 20 different times through the trip and it was never working. The elevators here are always packed and it took us approximately 10 mins to get one to check out. We had our luggage with us and we were on the 16th floor so the stairs weren’t an option. Location of the hotel is good, right near the main strip and Times Square. Staff members were friendly!
