Nasty, walked in , no friendly greeting, ID/CC Checked in my room, the floor was slippery/DIRTY. I took some tissue just to see how clean it was.. filthy..hair all over the bathroom, it’s like house keeping just changed the sheets..the towels..yea definitely wasn’t a good pick for me this time.

This place is the worse place that I have stayed and honestly I need a refund. I had to leave the hotel days earlier because of the dirty room. The bathroom was extremely nasty. The bedroom same. They had a door partition to the next room and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the other room. My door was jacked up. When made report to host they did nothing

I had an awesome time staying here. I’m a little bit of a germaphobe and everything was clean. The towels were clean, the staff was king and professional and answered my questions. I slept really well and this was a great price. Will definitely be back!

The room was nice and big even had a sink and countertop in it. I was impressed and the bathroom was nice and clean bed was comfy too

The hotel is okay for the price, but the facilities are poorly managed. I had to switch rooms because the door lock battery died in the first one. The second room had a balcony door that wouldn’t close and a broken thermostat. They offered to move me again, but I stayed to avoid hauling my luggage around. Both room refrigerators froze my food and had broken controls. There’s only one communal microwave in the lobby. No filtered water is available—you have to go across the street to the supermarket for drinking water. Maintenance is lacking: one bathroom light was out in both rooms, handles were loose, and the sink was so small it was difficult to wash your face without hitting the faucet or splashing water everywhere. No clothing handlers like hangers or hooks were provided, which made organizing things difficult. The building had a strong marijuana smell throughout, and there was spit on the elevator floor—poor cleanliness and upkeep overall. Positives: A metro station is just a couple of blocks away, and there’s a parking garage directly across the street.

The folk working at the front desk were great. The place itself requires upgrade. The room didn’t have an iron, iron board, clothes hangers, and the shower door required repair. The rooms are paper thin - you can hear your neighbors talk. Ice machine worked when it wanted too. Trust I did want out 1st night but outside of paying at least $230 a night some where else . We elected to stay. We put flowers in the room to make the rooms.
