Horrible place to stay and horrible service

The room was extremely dirty. The mattress and sheets were full of dust. The comforter was torn, had scotch marks and was dirty. Even the new sheets they handed me were dusty. The pillow covers also had holes. The wood next to the bed was damaged. When I asked the staff the check the room and change the sheets they were unhelpful and kept telling me they would send someone up. After 40 min when someone finally came up, they said that can’t do anything since it was night and just handed me one pair of sheet. When I told them the issues with the room, they dismissed me. I ended up finding another place for the second night without a refund. They said they couldn’t give me another room because they were fully booked and did not offer me any compensation. I found a bug in the bathroom.

The comforter on the beds had alot of cigarettes burnt holes.The room was smelly with cigarette smoke, the pillow cases were smelling of perspiration from previous occupants.

It’s fine. It’s barebones. You can’t expect a lot/ have many expectations. It’s a bed and a bathroom close to the airport and UBS Arena which is why we selected it. It’s not the cleanest, but it’s not blatantly dirty either. Staff don’t go out of their way, but they did their job. Don’t expect a hotel. Expect a place to sleep that has running water and an AC Unit.

Disgusting room, dirty, smells, fridge is dirty. Towels have stains and hair. Terrible staff. Never answers call. It says non smoking but the entire building smells. Nasty nasty nasty.

This property was absolutely filthy. Stained sheets and floor. The shower was so disgusting we would not use it. Rooms don’t need to fancy but cleanliness does matter. This place was super cheap. But just too dirty and way too sketchy for our limits. Hard pass.

What I liked was the location because it was close to transportation and shopping. What i disliked about the place is that it smelled of smoke even though I selected a non smoking room. I spent 3days and nights and there was no house keeping until day 3. There was a refrigerator in the room that didn't work. when i reached out to management they sent someone who came and confirmed it wasn't working and promised to get another one. This issue was never resolved. I had to throw away my food.
