Loved this property. Close to everything, clean, rooms small but bigger than typical NYC rooms. Fridge and water in room, ceiling fan. Lots of little extras that really add up. And they have a pool!

I only stayed one night and wasn’t able to go to the pool but the staff that greeted me were very kind and upgraded my room for me. The room was nice and the one I got had a view which was very cool. I enjoyed the coffee maker and free water as well. I hope to come again and check out the bar/pool.

The room was nice and cleaning crew was really good. However, when I left my hat upstairs at the roof top lounge at the seat I was at no one tried to help me locate it. It just disappeared. When I asked any of the staff to help they also disappeared. It was a birthday gift I recently got and meant alot to me. I was very disappointed in the lack of help around the hotel and had to wait 15 mins for the elevator only to have to be redirected to three different floors and still no one helped me.

For New York, this room was very spacious and clean. Main downside is the elevator took forever to get to our desired floor. There was one time where it took 25 min to finally get to our room’s floor. Also, glad to know the fire alarm works but it did go off at around midnight during our stay with no explanation of what had occurred.

The rudest people in NYC! They also gave us a terrible room / the air did not work well,the pillows and the bed were uncomfortable, there was only 1 bed instead of 2, and a walk in shower so the floor was always wet! I will never go back there again.
