It was ok as far as the staff and the activities. The room sevice was not reachable. The housekeeping wasnt attentive. The rooms are nice but small no reason to upgrade and pay more money when the rooms are all the same. Other then those issues I had a good stay.

Location is great. Trade off with the great location is that it is very noisy. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. The limited elevators (only 3 for a 30+ floor hotel) was a problem at peak times. Overall, very happy with the stay, but would probably prefer to be somewhere off the peak area that’s a little quieter next time.

We paid resort fees and were never able to even get a seat by the pool. The other amenity was the gym… we don’t work out.

Not bad. The city view is actually view to surrounding buildings. Rooftop has a nice view but needs an upgrade, not clean.
