The room has a city view, which is nice. The staff were not friendly, but I guess they don’t need to be. They seemed to be inconvenienced by everything. For the price of the room, I would have just hoped for a better experience. It’s fine in a pinch, but I would probably not intentionally book here in the future, given the number of other options available.

It was Christmas Time in the summer! What a fun and charming hotel. Conveniently located, very clean and decor was energizing! The room was large for NYC and all amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in the city!
