Our room was great!!! The bathroom was huge!!! Bed was very comfortable. TV had great channel choices. We also utilized the bar upstairs, and the bartender and drinks were great. The location was also fantastic, literally steps from Times Square. Parking was easy, across the street from the hotel. We parked and didn’t need to move it until end of stay. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in NYC.

Cute room. Small but clean. Great walk in shower. Comfy bed. Windows open for fresh air. Great housekeeping. Brought bottles water and towels any time we asked. Small slow elevators, but 32nd floor rooftop bar makes up for the elevators. Margaritaville restaurant had live music on weekends, great Jimmy Buffet vibes all day & night. Great location. 2 blocks to Times Square, 1 block to Joe’s Pizza, 2 blocks to Bryant Park.

The room was not clean. When I turned on the ceiling fan dust was everywhere. I was put in a handicap room and it was more spacious but it was not clean. The special margaritaville pillows were not on the bed so it felt more like a normal hotel. No view, terrible wait for the elevators. I even thought I was supposed to get a bottle of wine each day that I stayed. Only received it on the first day. The manager had to comp my food because of the long wait at the restaurant, then the next day some guys ran through the hotel and the cops were chasing them. I definitely didn’t feel safe with my young daughters. We had to take our food to our room.

Our rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. We could not hear the noise from the street or noise from other guests rooms. We didn’t eat the free breakfast bar but purchased our breakfast a la cart once during our stay. The service was excellent and the food was hot and good. Staff was very friendly and quick to answer any requests made. The only negative thing is no valet to park your car. A lot of the garages were filled when we arrived. We self parked at a garage that was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Our family members did go to the bar and raved about the drinks and food. They really had a great time. The hotel is close to tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay.
