Never had so many things go wrong with a room. Open window as we entered was clue that thermostat wasn't working. So why didn't they fix it? Toiled didn't flush. Couldn't get shower temp adjusted. All in just a 1 night stay was x

The staff are the best Ive experienced in years - everyone is friendly, helpful, efficient and highly competent. And the hotel was obviously extremely well built / designed with really high quality furniture & decor - but its been 30 years since renovation and it does have issues. Our first room a/c wasnt working and the curtains were broken but they sent repair men immediately and moved us as soon as they determined it could not be easily fixed. But the rooms are missing some really modern basics like a kettle / coffee machine, usb ports for charging, and not all have refrigerators as advertised (though they did bring one upon request). Renovations are beginning and I have no doubt the updated rooms will be amazing but just be aware a lot are not yet renovated. Even still I would stay here again because service was exceptional, the rooms were large and comfortable, and its location cant be beat

There was a major problem at check in. where my rooms were released. They "upgraded" us to a suite, the suite was very dated, no blanket or comforter on the bed, TV in the bedroom didn't work, furniture on the wall unit looked like it was about to fall down. Bathroom was very dated.

This hotel is strictly for location, location. Being in the heart of Times Square you can’t beat it. The hotel is ran down the fixtures are old, dirty and scratched up. The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation system so there was a mold smell in the room. The carpet was suspicious definitely wear slippers. The beds are comfortable and the room was a nice size. We did four days on day three we realized the AC wasn’t working. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so we didn’t notice. They couldn’t repair it so they brought a fan and to our surprise the windows did open. However being 50 floors up u can still hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The entire staff was warm and inviting great service. The night staff particularly Heckto-Hose

Nothing like the pictures rooms are very outdated; no fridge in the room the view they charge for the premium rooms is a lie I just saw Bulding I couldn’t see the time square lights or view they claim on their advertising. No room service…just the location is the only positive I was able to enjoy…

Clean and Cheap for location but showing it’s age.

This is my third stay at the Millennium Times Square. This trip the property was definitely showing its age more so than prior trips. But it’s still a nice enough option and much cheaper than most other hotels in Times Square. Location is great and can be easily accessed from 44th or 45th. Would recommend if you’re on a budget but if you’re looking for something a little more upscale look elsewhere.

Location near Times Square was convenient for our needs. By the same token, the foot traffic was insane 24/7. The housekeeping staff was friendly and fast to address needs. The front desk staff and concierges were not very friendly and the front desk was understaffed at crunch time. No coffee available downstairs and the coffee machine they gave us was not great. Had to leave the building for a coffee. Food options were minimal on site.
