I would have rated a five star if it had a small fridge and coffe maker. Even the cheapest hotel i stayed around the U.S had this amenities. But overall a good property.

Not what we expected

Only good thing about hotel is location. Bathroom was unclean. Toilet was crooked and repair to tile work must have been done by an 8 year old. We had a 46th floor corner room which was great for a view. We expected noise but found it very noisy. Anyone staying here be prepared. We did try to reach out to hotel several times and whomever does the contact for the travel sites does not know how to provide proper information. I asked for info on transportation from Penn Station. 2x I got useless information. I finally tried to call the hotel and twice got no answer. We were on a no stress anniversary trip after eye surgery and decided to just enjoy the location for what it was.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel located in a great location (minutes from Times Square), room was clean and they do come in daily to changes sheets, provide clean towels, etc. The only negative is the condition of the rooms. While the lobby is clean, updated and beautiful, the rooms are run down and need a definite makeover. My room had a mini fridge, but the rooms my traveling companions had did not.

We appreciated the offer to store our bags when we arrived ahead of the scheduled check-in. The location was absolutely central for easy touring of the area on foot. That includes transportation in and out of the area via Amtrak, just 10 blocks away. Times Square at 44th and Broadway is just out the door and on the left. The Empire State Building, Thirty Rock and the "Center", Central Park, The Statue of Liberty and Broadway theaters galore (the Hudson is actually adjoined) are all available within a mile.

Staff was overwhelmingly helpful and nice! Beds were super comfy even though it was a double when we are accustomed to a king. Engineer quick to respond when toilet needed to be unclogged. Love the location! Helped make our trip even more enjoyable!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Shower was terrible, sink was stopped up, no coffee, no restaurant or room service. Most of all , we couldn't believe that there was no place to sit, to visit, to play cards- anywhere in the hotel. We were given covid excuses, 5 years later. We were told the homeless sir in the lobby. What should have been done is to convert a couple of bedrooms into places people could visit, pay cards, have a cup of coffee, etc. That would have made a world of difference. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel .
