Staff support lacking! Waited almost four hours in lobby before room was ready. Was told by several staff that no rooms were available when asked three times while waiting across from the front desk. Finally asking for the fourth time at 3:30pm with different person and was told it was. She asked why we waited so long to ask. She thought we were checking out and saw us waiting all this time. I told her we asked every hour and was told it wasn't ready every time. Room was bare bones. No desk clock. No phone. No coffee maker. We only needed to stay the night, so it wasn't a big deal. Poor service and very limited enmities for the price. Can't recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bare-bones property, more like a three-star experience than the four stars advertised. Despite claims of having a restaurant and bar, neither was available during my stay. The room itself was clean but lacked basic amenities - no bottled water, coffee maker, cups, or glasses of any kind. For the price of $360 per night for a standard double, I expected more comfort and convenience. Another practical issue is the traffic congestion right outside the hotel. It often delayed ride pickups, making Uber and taxis slow to arrive. Overall, this hotel’s location might be fine for some, but the amenities and service fall short of what’s advertised or expected for the price point.

The hotel is located in a great spot. Easy walk to shows, dinner, and grand central. Hotel rooms are very warm. Even through it was set to 65 degrees it would never get under 72 degrees. There is no one site bar or restaurant.

Checking in and out was easy and quick. Our room was ready early, staff was helpful and professional. The room was mostly clean, just a couple of spots on the side of the bed frame that looked like it had dried puke on it. When we first went into the room, it had this weird cologne smell that was very overpowering and I didn’t care for it. Over time it eventually dissipated though

Pluses were room cleanliness and staff courtesy. However hotel seemed tired - hall carpeting looked grungy and room furniture scratches had not been attended to. A come down from when I stayed here in the aughts at which time I had thought it was the nicest hotel I had stayed at to date. Price was good; can't recall if room had coffee maker. All in all a good buy for the location

I liked my corner room. Great view. Being on a higher floor (20th) reduced the noise from the street as well as the light from the flashing billboards. That made it easier to sleep. Comfortable bed. I was surprised that my room did not include a coffee machine. The carpet in the hallway on my floor was quite stained. Should have more staff at the bell desk. At one point the wait and the line got quite long. All hotel staff I encountered were friendly: from front desk to bell staff to room cleaning. Thank you to the bell man who gave me a key to the lobby restroom; I had arrived too early to check in and didn't have a key myself. Didn't rate the property as excellent because in a lot of ways its appearance was worn.
