Ac/heat did not work. No amenities except one little gift shop. No active restaurant. ice machine did not work on our floor housekeeping brought ice to us 45 minutes after phone call. I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for any form of comfort in your stay.

The a/c did not work properly. The bathroom seemed to have mold around the baseboards and in the shower. There were no outlets near the bed or on either nightstand. The bed was rock solid.

The room was fine. Definitely could use some updates. Some handles were missing off of the furniture. No refrigerator in the room. The heat didn’t seem to work right. Was very hot in the room no matter what the thermostat was set on. The tub didn’t drain, maintenance came to fix it but it happened again. The concierge and staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was great.
