Staff was very friendly from the concierge, front desk, and housekeepers. Room was clean and had a great view of Times Square. Parking was easily located across the street. Located right in the heart of Times Square.

Perfect location for everything you need to see in NYC! Easy check-in and we felt very safe. The only negatives would be that is took about 20 min for an elevator each time and housekeeping came in at 9am even though the do not disturb was on lol. She was super nice though so it ended up being ok

The staff was courteous but the room accommodations were not up to the standard we expected. The wall in the bathroom was peeling up and had pink mildew. The heat didn’t seem to work. For the price we expected higher end accommodations.

Hotel room was dirty on arrival. Managers did not help with accommodations at a timely manner. We could not shower for a day. Room did not get moved until the next day at 3:30PM. Managers were inconsistent and lying about the situation. The hotel does not want to compensate for their wrong doing. They did not take accountability for the action instead trying to make it our fault for staying at their hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to no one. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!
