We had a lovely stay, the room was on the 29th floor bit dated , but clean ,lovely comfortable bed Perfect location for Times Square, broadway theatres Subways right on the door step , nice walk up to Central Park,

The staff were amazing, front desk and bellman were amazing! Hotel is a bit dated and after the first day our ac went out. We did get a fan and opened the windows. They credited the resort fees and I was satisfied.
