The room was old and out dated. The tub in our bathroom was constantly clogged. Elevator rooms forever and were often crowded. At one point we had to take the stairs down to not miss a reservation. We had to call several times for towels and service.

The rooms were spacious. However, they were not clean. The room hadn’t been dusted in ages. The wallpaper was discolored and peeling, and the bathroom was not nearly up to par. The elevators were difficult to catch during busy times. Most were full, so you had to just hop on whether it was going in your direction or not, in an effort to get on. The staff was nice. For the price we paid, we expected way more. Will not book again, or recommend to others.

Great hotel in the heart of everything! You can’t beat the location. I liked that they gave you waters for free in your room. Small things like that make a big difference. Only thing that was not great was being on a high floor, heat rises. There was no AC option, just heat in our unit. Even though it was set to 70, it was 80 in the room. We could have said something but it was a short stay and we are used to the heat being from Florida. Plus it was cold out. I highly recommend this hotel but ask for a lower floor just in case you need it cold to sleep.

The room was spotless but it was very dated and in need of a modernisation. The lifts were awful we were on floor 24 and to get to ground floor level quite often took in excess of 25 mins. One day it was 40 mins The members of staff we met were very helpful.

The elevator situation is getting worse every time I am There. For the price we pay the vents and bathrooms should at least be clean and they should have more than two elevators working for such a big hotel. I had to wait over 20 minutes to go down to the lobby every morning.
