This whole hotel felt neglected. There are lamp shades missing and falling apart on floor one. We got into the room and found that there is no microwave. The microwave was all the way down the hall. I understand trying to promote the restaurant that's there, but out a microwave in the rooms. The a/c vents are facing a wall. It was snowing. The heat was reaching the room just bouncing off the wall that was in front of it. There is no free wifi. Our check out was for 12pm. The lady tried to enter our room at 9am saying she had to clean up for the next guest. I told her to wait until we check out. We checked out and I'm glad I asked for a copy of my receipt because they tried to charge me for using their wifi when we used our data the whole time. The lady at the front desk had a attitude after that. So much for warm regards. To top it off we got in the FREE airport shuttle to head back to the airport. The driver had an nasty attitude because we had to go to Terminal A. He slammed the door and started driving fast. He didn't get out and open the door for us like he had done for other guest. It was terrible end to my NY trip
