Staff were incredibly friendly. 5/5 service. In terms of the room itself, it was quiet. Great view. However, room needed to be renovated. The headboard on my bed looked like it got into a fight with a lion. Leather was ripped and scratched. Pretty gross to look at. White marble tiles in the shower were also looking yellow. The room is showing clear signs of age. Hope hotel management makes a design to give them a refresh asap.

The room was not what I was expecting. I’ve stayed here before and the rooms were beautifully decorated. This time it was just white sheets, the room was cold. One small soap in the bathroom. The light fixtures in the bathroom were coming off. I don’t know if I was just given the worst room but it was not worth the $300 I paid for the room. I’ve had better experiences in a Hampton Inn. Would not suggest if the hotel ambience matters to you. The only good thing about this hotel was the outside appearance and location. Other than that wish I stayed at the Ludlow for a $100 more
