Rooms are in significant need for renovations. The vinyl headboards are cracking and flakes are all over the bedding and floor. Had to be moved to another room because my initial room wasn’t appropriately serviced by housekeeping. Second room had no soap or other amenities. I had my other work colleagues change hotels before they checked in. Manager on duty had a horrible attitude and was upset I left a negative review “without the chance to remedy anything.” When you move me to another room, that’s feels like a pretty good opportunity to make things right.

Great location. We had a corner king on a High floor with great views. Room was overall very nice - bed was comfortable, nice finishes. It would be nice to have fridge and keurig especially with no room service but the restaurant and cafe are fantastic. We stayed as a family of 4 with teenage daughters - we needed 2 separate rooms. I would stay again.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. They called me twice by mistake, and when I went , they spoke to me with attitude and no respect. Guests deserve to be treated kindly, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.
