I wouldn't stay there again

Hot water was out the first night. They thankfully fixed the next day but apparently more than half the hotel was without hot water for the entire weekend. They only provided two towels for the room. The card readers for the elevator and the stairwell often did not work. The room itself was pretty bare bones. It is nicely centrally located. The lobby is pretty to look at. I wouldn't stay there again though.

The first night the property didn’t have hot water, but the refunded me my facilities fee and early check-in fee, so that made up for the inconvenience. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The only thing good about this property is the location. Otherwise we had a terrible experience No hot water, so took cold showers for 2 days. Never answered the phone when we needed pillows. No ice bucket, room felt like a prison cell. No amenities, and horrible service.
