Lobby dark and dingy like an outdated night club. Rooms didn’t have luggage rack, carpet completely worn thru. Light in room entry didn’t work. Table and night stand too small. Bedding too light. Location was excellent but very loud outside. Hotel was quite on my floor .

I arrived early from a red eye flight and the from desk staff was friendly. Understandably, the room wasn’t ready and I left my luggage for storage at $2 per bag. When I went later in the afternoon, my room was ready and picked up my luggage. The room and bathroom was very small (even for New York standards) - there’s barely any room to walk around the bed. The room was worn down looking and the window was dirty. Being in Times Square, could hear a lot of outside noise like cheering fans and sirens. Room wasn’t very soundproof. However, some positives: 4 elevators ran quickly, free water dispenser on floor 4, excellent location right in Times Square area.

Pros: Comfortable beds & linens! Amazing water pressure, delish Parisian cafe off of lobby, luggage check available, BEST location across from the Hamilton theatre! Cons: Tiny rooms but location makes it do-able. And the cleaning lady opened our door without knocking into our room with my half naked daughter trying to cover herself and the lady wouldn’t leave…had to give her the towels. We filed a complaint and they refunded partial at least. I would stay here again!!

We arrived and the lobby was beautiful just like the pictures. However, you have to pay $2 for every luggage piece including bags to be stored if your room isn’t ready yet. We had to pay a total of like $16 to store our bags. And if you’re checking out but want to explore the city you have to pay like $3 a piece which is a little unusual. However they left our luggage’s with a bunch of other luggage’s in the lobby which I did not like. We were able to get checked in a little early at 1 pm which was great, because it was first come first serve and we walked in the room and it was nice but there was a hole in the wall and cracks in the wall. Also no water bottles in the room and when we called for water bottles they said that they don’t provide water bottles. We didn’t know there was an ice machine room with water until our last day there when the bartender who we asked for tap water told us to go there (4th floor). Overall the stay was okay, it wasn’t bad since we barely stayed in our hotel room. In terms of location it’s close by to most things and Timesquare is literally a 2 minute walk.

I am disappointed. My wife and I spent two nights. The first night the AC was broken and the room was like an oven. We were given a new room the second day, but it had a toilet which was impossibly positioned and made sitting on it a challenge. We complained at check out and a manager agreed a refund was appropriate which we felt was a positive response to our troubled stay. However since then we’ve heard nothing from the hotel despite frequent email requests. Not impressed!

Overall, the quality of the guest floors and the room especially was of very poor quality. The ceiling had mold, the bed plugs and lights didn’t work, we asked for pillows for days and finally were told “the order had not been delivered”. The room, double bunks, is a good concept but the execution was poor. One chair and a slim table was almost useless, but there was tons of wasted space by the window wall side.

The room was bijou, but it suited what it needed too. Make sure you bring hair conditioner if you need it. Location was perfect, right in the heart of Broadway. Lobby and bar area were dark and sexy.

Relatively. The room was not much more than a closet, the single bed barely fit. Linens did not run to face cloths and there was no glass or even a paper cup. The safe had to be fixed as did the blinds on the filthy window. The location was great for a theatre vacation.

Right in the heart of Times Square, in a walking distance to a lot of tourist locations. Even though is right in the tourist area, at night is nice an quiet, you can sleep and barely notice outside noice. Good property with a nice atmosphere.

I don't know why lobbies have to have mysic cranked so loud. Everybody's sitting waiting to get into their rooms, but it doesn’t seem to relax things to have loud music playing. The floors also seemed kind of dim. But the room was clean, well-appointed, and staff were helpful.

Bare bones. Reasonably clean but no water cups, two flat pillows, elevator noise that sounded like furniture being moved all night, and mysterious brown substance emerging from the bathroom vent precluded good sleep. No idea what the "resort fee" was for other than wifi. Great location but generally VERY worn looking.
