Room small but had everything u needed and it was clean, well kept. The lifts appeard to have that didnt work meaning some longer waits to get down from the 18th floor annoying but didnt really effect our stay that much would have been nice to know we could have paid to store our luggage there after chexk out but fantastic location i would definitely book again

Insanely crowded. Took 15 minutes just for the elevator to come get us. Room’s somewhat dirty too, shower was gross. Insane noise all night long from Times Square and construction. Window half broken and closet as well.

Rust stains on the bathroom floor and in the tub, heat and air unit leaked and left rust stains on the floor, walls were dirty where something spilled from the top bunk down to the bottom, thermostat did not control air- heat on 67 but was 72 in room, turned to air on 67 room still 71. No dresser or tv in room. We checked in to a 4 bunk room and were only provided 3 towels and no wash cloths or hand towels.
