The stay was overall wonderful. I didn't interact much but the staff were all friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe or like i couldn't ask them for help if i needed. Room was clean and tidy no complaints. Ac was great and ducting while i was there.

Expensive for what it was, even in NYC. There is absolutely no sound-proofing so paying the Friday/Saturday night rate felt insulting. NYC is the city that never sleeps so if you hear everything going on then you don't either.

The room was fine. Expectedly sparse. The bathrooms appeared clean, but the showers were disgusting. The drains were clogged and there were moths everywhere. I would not recommend staying here.

More a hostel than a hotel. Many rooms have no bathrooms so there is a constant sound of doors opening and closing. There was no heat in my room and the front desk said the heat is controlled by the residential units in the building. They obviously chose not to turn on the heat. The outside temperature was 59 degrees and the feels like temperature was 49 due to wind and rain. The price was right but the product was awful.,
