Upon check in the room smelt like disinfectant which was so strong it gave a headache but most surfaces where not clean

Our bed sheets were stained. Balcony handle fell out when I tried to open it to go outside and couldn't be fixed until the next morning. We had our stuff in the balcony and had no access to them until someone came the next day to open the door.

The hotel is in a great location and parking is just across the street at a discount. $120 for parking 3 nites was with discount. The staff were very nice and helpful. When I was checking out the staff went out of their way to help with what I needed to get on the road.

The hotel is just ok… No regular coffee in the rooms. Floors were dirty, balcony door would not lock, there are not alot of amenities as you would think for the price. Location is really the only great thing.

Beneath My Standards.

The highlight of Gotham Hotel were the nice people in the Reading Room (Hotel Bar). As a whole, the bathrooms are old, my room was never cleaned, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. And though the room had a nice balcony, it’s far too noisy to enjoy it. The staff was nice but this is not a place that meets my standards.

Nice hotel in a nice area but saying that the room has a balcony is deceiving the main reason for me reserving the room was for the balcony and it didn't have 1 so ofcourse that was very disappointing 😕
