Check in was confusing as we paid for parking, garage use and she said no in and out. As if we were not allowed to come and go. The room appeared fine at first. But then when curtains were closed. They were disgusting. Stained. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch although never used there was no plug nearby to plug it in. Ynless you wanted to sit it on the floor. Rooms are not technology friendly.The 2nd night the room was "cleaned", mind you our coffee cups from breakfast remained. But bed was fixed and new towels. The only warm greetings we received were from 2 housekeeping employees as we ended our stay and was leaving the garage. Would not go back again.

I really did appreciate the atmosphere of the hotel and the amenities they offered, the breakfast options were quite limited but I like the rooftop bar and restaurant next door. The area was fairly nice and the hotel was conveniently located next door to a mall which had everything you’d pretty much need. This added to comfortability of my stay!

Only drawback was hotel only has limited underground parking (7 spots) and there’s no in/out privileges. There are other parking structures in close proximity so it’s not a real problem.
