Rooms are beautiful but the front desk staff are so empathetic. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them when asking for something basic fixed like hot water for the bath tub. Even when you tell them every day for 5 days, they’ll tell you they’ll get it fixed, not fix it, and then proceed to never follow up about it. And I’m the a-hole, right? Sure some things were comped but never felt whole or cared for.

A once hip hotel in need of some refreshing and general upkeep. The room HVAC could not keep up with the cold weather…it was very cold at night in the room. Very low light level in the shower area, lots of wear and tear on the woodwork in the room. On the positive, the restaurant was very good, staff was pleasant, and location is great.
