I will never stay here again. Once in a lifetime experience for my family and friends turned upside down by rude Front Desk Manager on Sat, May 24. Not only were the rooms not clean, I was told check in is at 10am rooms ready, only to find out it wasn’t. I am a Bonvoy member, but it’s not worth it anymore. Westin can treat customers like dirty and it’s ok. No thanks!!!! I am not staying in a Marriott again. Just RUDE Staff!

My stay at the Westin Times Square was bar far the best I’ve had in NYC! Everyone was very courteous, polite, helpful, and accommodating from beginning to end. The doorman Edgar went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable considering I am still recovering from a very recent major surgery. He brought out a wheelchair so I didn’t have to walk to check-in. When I ventured out to walk (very slowly might I add) around the corner for food, he told me they’d come get me if I discover I couldn’t walk back. The food at the Foundry kitchen is delicious and the service is superb! I ordered breakfast via room service and they called asking if the food was to my liking. I’ve never had a hotel kitchen call to ensure my satisfaction. Talk about excellent customer service! My only suggestion (not complaint) is that they upgrade the elevators so that only those with a hotel key can access the floors. Other than that, rave reviews! There are enough words to express how amazing the entire staff is. I will certainly come back and stay here.

10/10 Recommend!!!! I'm so incredibly picky. I read so many reviews and had multiple reservations leading up to this trip because I'm so picky. Cleanliness is my #1. And everyone is like NYC is just dirty and well used. The Westin was EVERYTHING!!!! An oasis in this wild chaotic city. Hotel is just off Times Square. The doormen took our luggage and directed us to the lobby for pre-check in. We were a few hours early. Well Hector at the front desk not only let us check in that early. He gave us a corner room with FANTASTICAL views. This was the perfect stay. Room was spacious and beautiful. The view was unbeatable. The service from doorman to cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. They don't have a water refill station so they brought us multiple water bottles. People in reviews for OTHER hotels talked about city noise, not an issue. About elevator waiting. NEVER waited for an elevator. And AC, it was hot and humid when we were there and the AC was top notch. Close to ALL subways. Walkable to almost everything. (And if you want ease and familiarity there is a Mcyds, Chickfila and Target across the street. But DEF go to Los Tacos No.1. If I'm ever in NYC there is nowhere else I'd stay!! I ended up choosing this because of a friends recommend. Consider this your friends recommendation.

We come to see our son every year. He lives in Brooklyn. We always stay at this hotel. The Westin is our home in NYC. This year we had the BEST ROOM EVER! it was room 2602 and WE WERE ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH THE VIEW.! we even had a skyline view in our bathroom. The big big big bed was so comfortable. All the comforts of home and the cleaning staff did an outstanding job. I forgot to leave them a tip and I feel terrible about that. The CLEANING staff did a great job cleaning and picking up. We also loved that check out time was noon. After breakfast, we had time to walk down to the garment district and take a few pictures of the tailor sculpture and the giant yellow button.. We are completely loyal to the Westin. We tell anyone who asks, "Where do you stay in NYC?" that we never consider staying anywhere but the Westin. The price is right and the location is convenient for our visits to Broadway theater productions. We feel completely safe too. Thanks to the Westin for giving us the FANTASTIC ROOM 2602.
