Staying up to the property was AMAZING from the arrival with Eddison ensuring we was upgraded, Nicole P. holding our shopping so we could go bagless on a tour and Al Torres ensuring our bags were taken upon arrival and deliverrd our room and placed in our car when departing. The hotel is within walking distance to Port Authority Station and Times Square. The views from the 37th floor are fabulous. The room was modern and clean with comfortable beds. The only downfall was the last morning of our stay we were awoken by loud banging at approximately 8:30am. To compensate for this issue the manager Jorge provided us with breakfast, which was lovely. He promised 50K bonus points for Bonvoy as well, however I have only received 30K thus far and we checked out a week ago.

Great hotel and location was perfect. Close to everything. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were so comfy. Would stay here again.

Hotel was fine. Disappointed that only one complementary water bottle was there in the room but there was 2 of us. The destination fee was disappointing because we booked activities ahead of time and too late to cancel and use the hotels offer. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. But we still had to pay destination fees $40 plus each per day per person but only offered a one person room credit of $20 to use a few ways. No mini fridge in room for our leftovers we brought back. Didn’t look before we headed out right away once we checked into hotel. Never stayed at a place that didn’t have one. Great location and so many places walkable.

The hotel is located at the center of the time square. It is the worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is old, room is old and it hasn’t been upgraded probably for a long time. The wall paper is old, the door and prints are chipped. The towels are old and stiff. Only good thing about this hotel is the location and central AC. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of varieties, and cost $35 dollars per person. We expecting a good deal 5 star hotel service and treatment. Obviously, it is not what we experienced with other 5 star hotels.
