Clean, efficient and nice amenities. The $20 they offer you for the bar or room service is a scam, they charge $9 for room service delivery fees so the amount is really $11. And why does room service suddenly charge $9.00?? Sounds like a cash grab to me, not cool Westin Hotel!

The location of the hotel was definitely super convenient. It was nice to be up on a high floor. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that housekeeping changed out the towels every day. The staff was very nice, friendly, and responsive to any request. The room service was good as well. I do wish the room came with a refrigerator and microwave as standard but we were able to request a microwave for a $20 charge. We didn’t mind this because we were coming from out of state and any food that we took as leftovers during our stay did not go to waste. Additionally, I do think that the bathroom is smaller than I expected it to be and there wasn’t a fan in it so I was grateful we could open the window in the room to dry out the bathroom and also to get fresh air. Overall, I would recommend the Westin at Times Square since it is in a central location, it is clean, and the staff are super attentive.
