We loved how close the Subway and Bus station was to the hotel. It was also so close to food, Broadway shows and shopping. We loved the ease of going in and out throughout the day. This was our first NYC experience. I would highly recommend this location.

Odor Complaint and Nighttime Noise

The front desk responded in a discourteous manner when I raised a concern about a musty odor coming from the bathroom. It's noisy outside at night because of the location.
