The room was nice and so comfortable. The area of the hotel is awesome with plenty to do. I had dinner at the west light the food was amazing. I would love to come back in the summer to check out the pool. I would work on the front desk staff being a bit more friendly and attentive.

Visiting our son for Thanksgiving. The hotel is perfectly located for us. The people were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was beautiful with the mst amazing views. We had a pre dinner drink and a nightcap there one night. Our server Sean was so sweet to us. He mistakenly brougt someone elses appetizer to our table, and feeling bad about "teasing us" brought us an appetizer on the house! The room is quite small and looks a bit like an upscale dorm room. Formica furnishings act. The bathroom was fine but more shelving would be nice. The temperature control worked really well. Ususally when staying on a high floor it's always too warm no matter what temperature you set the control to. will definately stay again.

My stay was disappointing due to several issues. I checked in late and was informed the sauna, a seasonal amenity, was closed. Despite this, I was charged a $54 daily "resort fee" when I checked out. This resort fee was misleading and I was not informed about that fee at the beginning. During check out, I asked what this fee was for, the front desk could only provide a list of minor perks that didn't justify the cost. Furthermore, my room had a persistent plumbing problem. The shower head dripped constantly throughout both nights of my stay. While maintenance fixed it after the first night, the issue returned the second day.
