Turned up at reception at 7pm in the evening and told to go to another cheaper hotel for the night paid for by the hotel I was told there was a maintenance issue.next day two employees told us they were sold out. There were no calls emails or communications prior to arrival, no compensation offered for a cheaper hotel.Really poor had to get expedia involved and then the hotel Retina told blattent lies saying we were offered refund at 7pm in the evening you should be ashamed

I had a view of the 911 memorial and the city… my #1 priority was to see the museum, and I was thrilled to see that my room on the 10th floor faced ground zero. I also got to feel the energy of New York as I watched the city go to sleep and wake up! I highly recommend World Center Hotel and plan to return .

Great they were able to accommodate us and change our room. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location. Not a noisy area and had no problems sleeping in. Free water bottles to go and the coffee machines made great coffee.

Convenient location, easy to get to train. Lots of food places, close to Starbucks. The rooms need updating. The carpet is gross and needs to go. The toilet paper holder was so close to the shower that it got wet/was damp.

Great Place Not Ready

Place is really nice but it was a little frustrating to come after work at 6:30pm to be told my room was not available when check-in is at 3pm. Otherwise great place and service was fantastic
