All of the above. Your front desk guy Yusuf was amazingly professional. He was very detailed and made the process very smooth. We give him 10 on all fronts. Nice room,wonderful view of the skyline.

We verified with Expedia, and Expedia sent message to front desk. We were given permission to check out without incurring any penalty or additional charges. Two weeks later, we got a charge for $500. Hotel assistant manager verified the charge. We were charged for one night penalty. It was very unfortunate. Not resolved at all.
