Was kept waiting for over half an hour late at night, told my booking hadn't gone through and I must contact Hotel.com myself. It turned out they had made a mistake. They didn't apologize for their mistake but admitted they had mistakenly assigned the wrong room at a different rate. The room smelt extremely strongly of cheap cleaning fluids and you couldn't open a window. Terrible experience.

Great Experience. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive. Area as a whole was clean, pleasant and felt safe. Hotel was accommodating when we requested to have all our rooms on the same floor, in connecting rooms and next to each other.
