Really nice clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff that go above and beyond for their guests, quick access to a several shopping malls and food options close by and the breakfast options that the hotel provides daily is almost like a restaurant in itself. The breakfast buffet far exceeds many other hotels that I've been to in terms of both taste and selection . During my stay we had an issue with the ac in the room not cooling, and after maintenance checked it we were still not satisfied, front desk changed our room easy peesy. My toddler lost his tablet during check in, front desk found it for us and secured it & we got it back. I love this hotel. I would definitely stay here again 12 out 10.

Great stay with a few small hiccups

Overall, we had a good stay! I did run into some issues with the virtual check-in process and didn’t receive my digital key card as expected, but thankfully I was able to check in at the front desk without a problem. The real standout was the property manager—super accommodating and kind. They even opened the pool 30 minutes early so my kids could get one last swim in before we checked out. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to us. The breakfast buffet was solid with a nice variety, though I’d suggest relocating the waffle station—it's currently tucked in a tight corner and tends to get pretty congested during the morning rush. All in all, a pleasant stay with great staff and a few areas for improvement.

We were driving from Massachusetts to DC and wanted to spend a day in NY and stay somewhere with free parking out of the city. This place was great for the purpose. Breakfast was great and all day tea coffee was available at the lobby.

If they fixed or checked the air condition and let the room cool it will be cool, when I told the front desk about it for the first time she told me ( we know) , So why they gave me and 2 kids this room from the beginning. There is no window even able to open to breathe. The room always in 84 degree all the time .
