I left my sunglasses case (Tom Ford) in a chair at the reception. Notified them immediately (on my way to the airport) and told them I’ll come and pick up. Returned to the hotel a week after only to be told they didn’t find my case. Very disappointed. And there was no sense of remorse at all. The lady at the reception was a bit rude.
