It was okay! The staff were nice and it was convenient enough. The room itself was a little dirty the shower curtain had mold on it and the floor was sticky. you can hear pretty much everything through the walls. The heating and cooling system worked well.

The hotel is outdated. It was fine given the price I paid, but the room could have used a few updates. The shower tile looked newish, but crooked and the tub spout was a capped stub out. Check in was easy. Super close to West Point.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The staff was friendly and had everything ready for us when we got there. They accommodated a late check out. Overall, the experience was fine.
