LINENS:
Kaikki sänky- / kylpy- / keittiö- / rantaliinavaatteet suurimmalle määrälle vieraita toimitetaan osana siivous- / liinavaatimusmaksua ja asennetaan houkuttelevasti.

Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Balboa Peninsula Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Fun on the beach

We really enjoyed this property. It’s truly right on the sand and the family had so much fun. The rooftop deck is really nice and the house has the kitchen/main room level and then a short staircase up to the rest of the house which went far deep and was plenty roomy. We had cousins in the master which was fun for them and parents in the smaller rooms (which were still sizable). We had to contact maintenance/mgmt for minor things (remote not working,parking) and got a very quick and immediate response. Was happy with our stay!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this house! The only thing that was lacking was the seating in the living area. There was only one small couch and it made it difficult to enjoy the space with the whole family. Location was good, check in was simple, communication was great.

Spring break in Newport Beach

The location on Oceanfront Blvd is very good. The property is pretty tired, not particularly well equipped for a vacationing family, a overall not worth the rental cost. We could not park in the garage due to the low height clearance. Hard floor surfaces throughout makes it impossible to not feel you were always walking on sand. Private rooftop deck was a nice amenity.

Perfect Beach Spot

Perfect location in Newport! Beautiful roof top view and sitting area (Although quite chilly this time of year up there).House/condo has all the basics you need. Easily accommodated our crew of 4. The "living" space could use some more seating. Overall a pleasant place to stay in Newport Beach.

Awesome value for beach front property

The place was great. Easy to access and super walkable. Walked to the grocery store multiple times, walked to dinner, and walked to the pier. Super fun location. It was pretty quiet too which was a plus having a 2-year-old.

Good times on the beachfront

We had an amazing time at the property. The walkout access to the beach and prom and the roof deck were the highlights. There were some issues (shower didn’t drain and one toilet didn’t flush consistently and the small deck overlooking the beach was sketchy).

Great location with a beautiful view

The property was exactly as listed and shown in photos. We loved the easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The teens loved the roof top deck. The beds and furniture was less than comfortable, which is expected in a short term rental.

Girls weekend

The condo is right on the boardwalk. Very clean, updated appliances and decor. Perfect to hop on with a bike or walk right onto the beach. Balcony for people watching. The only thing others staying here would have to consider is an awkward climb with heavy suitcases to condo via a spiral staircase.

great location

The location is fantastic, the property manager was great and easy to work with. My only issue is that the pictures of the furniture needs to be updated. None of the pictures in the listing is the same and the 2 chairs in the living room did not exist. we were lacking in the seating area. The manager did work with us, and was very pleasant.

Great place

Overall, the place is great. The whole place is decorated beautifully and simply. Right on the beach. Walking distance from grocery store, restaurants, shops, art galleries. It's really nice to have a garage. (It has a shortish clearance, but our small, rented SUV fit in there fine.) It is probably a pain to find any parking around there, so having a garage freed up the use of the car, knowing we didn't have to save our parking space. It is really a very pretty place, like the pics show. The only problems were 1. the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. That has been recorded in previous reviews, so I was surprised that they seemed surprised that it leaks. They offered to fix it, but it would be nice if it was replaced and they didn't have to fix it. 2. The little balcony seems pretty precarious, however, the rooftop deck was spacious and had amazing views. And the view from inside the house was great, too.

We had some issues with the shower plumbing, dripping refrigerator which got all our food wet, and broken dishwasher which leaked all over the floor. Repair man came for the shower quickly which was very appreciated. He mentioned the owners new of the dishwasher. If they know of it, it should be replaced or advise guests not to use it since it leaks and dishes would have to be done manually. Wasn’t too happy with the refrigerator leaking water all over of food and drinks. Location was amazing as was the management company. Very friendly and helpful.

New Years Beach Vacation

We had the best family time with our college age kids. We were right on the beach and they had so many choices of activities within walking distance. The beach house was beautiful, updated and comfortable! The sunsets from the roof top patio were amazing!! We will look to stay here again!!
