A short walking distance to the ocean & beach. Walk to Corona Del Mar village for dining or shopping. 5 minute drive to Fashion Island/Newport Center or to Corona Del Mar State Beach. You'll find this so comfortable, you may never want to leave!

The spacious & open Living area features vaulted ceilings, high windows, Crate & Barrel furnishings - Sofa, chair, TV. Farm-style Dining Table offers seating for 6.

The spiral stairway takes you to the Loft, another Living space with Sofa (pull-out bed) and chairs. A perfect place to read, study or relax. Take your coffee out to the balcony, where you'll enjoy the views of the Bay, Peninsula, Ocean as far as Catalina Island!

You'll find everything you need & desire in the chef's Kitchen. White cabinets, granite counters, farm sink, stainless steel appliances. Fully furnished & equipped to make meal preparation easy. Enjoy a quick snack, casual meal or special occasion dinner! Dine at the farm-style table underneath a charming French antique chandelier!

Two Bedrooms + Loft include all comfy beds & bedding.
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed + Dresser + TV + access to balcony. EnSuite Bath features large walk-in shower. Ample Closet space.

Bedroom #2: Bunk Beds with Full on the bottom and Twin on the top + Trundle + Closet. Game Table is ideal for games, study. Jack 'N Jill Bath features tub/shower combination.

Loft: Sleeper sofa + access to view Balcony.

Outdoor Living:
Enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing drink on the balcony, accessible via the living room and master bedroom.

From the loft, access the larger top-floor balcony with outdoor seating and enjoy the view of the Bay, Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean on the horizon.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Extra Amenities Include:
Free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels, an outdoor shower, and covered parking for one vehicle. (Please note that street parking is restricted on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings to allow for street sweeping.)

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 6 individuals including children and infants. (5 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights. 5-7 nights certain holidays and peak seasons. Check-in or check-out not permitted on holidays.

+ Parking: 1 car max. in carport. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. .

+ Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 8 am. No loud talking, noise or music on outside patios/balconies.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements & sign separate reservation agreement.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 27 years old to rent our properties.
