Äskettäin uusittu ja ammattimaisesti suunniteltu, 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen alaosa duplex-alueella vain korttelin päässä keskustasta Balboa-saarella.
Uutta kaikkea !!! CENTRAL AIR ja lämpö, takka, kaasugrilli, uudet laitteet ja ulkoterassi vain yhden korttelin päässä lahdesta ja kivenheiton päässä Starbucksista.
Tämä yksikkö tarjoaa helpon pääsyn rannalle ja rantatielle. Se on varustettu kaikella, mitä ikinä tarvitset mahtavaan lomaan.
Ominaisuuksiin kuuluu täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa Keurig-kahvinkeitin, Wi-Fi, avaimeton sisäänkäynti, älytelevisiot, joissa on kaapeli olohuoneessa ja jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoja ja boogie-levyt. 1 katettu, kadun ulkopuolella oleva pysäköintitila.

This 3-bedroom 2-bath lower floor unit is in excellent condition and is spotlessly clean. However, there are a few annoyances about this unit....the bar stools are way too tall for the kitchen counter height, rendering them unusable to sit comfortably at the kitchen counter. There are many decorative objects placed all around on tops of tables and shelves, and while they are beautiful and fit the nautical theme, they take up room that could be used for luggage, books, laptops, toiletries, and other items that travelers tend to bring with them on vacation. We found ourselves having to rearrange those objects onto floors and behind cabinets so that they would not be in the way of us being able to eat or have our own items that we brought along on vacation. A suggestion to the owners: if about half of the decorative objects that are currently resting on horizontal surfaces were to be removed, the condo would still be beautiful.

This place truly is a gem! This is our second time staying here and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The location is amazing so we were able to walk everywhere. Everything inside the home was spotless - even the barbecue grill outside. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Thick, plush towels in the bathrooms are always so appreciated as well.We loved everything about this place and are already looking to book our next day. The hosts are incredible as well. They really care about your experience and it’s clear that they’ve put in the time in effort to make this a luxurious yet comfortable and inviting home away from home. This is absolutely our favorite place on the island!

This is a wonderful property. It's very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The owner leaves a bottle of wine and coffee pods which were much appreciated. Some of the snacks were out of date so we disposed of them. The patio and awning are fabulous and we really enjoyed that space. The location is so close to Marine Ave which we love since we tend to eat out instead of cooking. We have spent 3 night weekends several times on Balboa Island and this property was our favorite. I appreciate the availability of short term rental options like this property. We will return here for sure.

Lovely Home in Central Location

We loved our stay! The home is centrally located on the island - my husband loved the close access to a good cup of coffee (across the street), I loved being able to take a gorgeous walk to the ferry, and our son loved the proximity to the sand. The home is immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were generous and forthright about an unforeseen issue, which was truly very kind and gracious. We've stayed in the upstairs unit, too, which is also fantastic! Highly recommend either (or both for a large family!) Enjoy!

The Perfect Island stay!!

I have been renting places in Newport Beach and on Balboa Island for about 15 years and this was probably my favorite property to date! It is beautifully decorated, it’s very clean and has everything you need and more! The bathrooms are beautiful and updated and beds are comfy! Plenty of towels and extras ! We walked in to find a large basket with all kinds of snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us! The communication was superb and the location was so convenient to the shops and restaurants (you can literally see Huskins coffee shop on the corner from your front porch). I would definitely rent here again!

Family reunion

This was the absolute perfect property for us, our two adult kids and their spouses. Very generous living room seating, large dining area, kitchen with everything! Location is one block off of the Main Street allowing us to run to the grocery store, enjoy the cafes and shopping. Easy walk to the ferry. It was great having a designated parking spot. And a shout out to Rob who amazoned extra coffee over to us within hours when our coffee loving family needed more coffee!

Perfect Balboa Island Cottage

This property was perfect for our family reunion and vacation. We loved the close proximity to Marine Ave, as the kids would venture off to shop and eat at their leisure. This house is beautifully decorated and immaculate! And we so appreciated the welcome snacks and wine, as we had a long day of travel. A very nice personal touch!! Ron was very responsive and organized. We are hoping to stay again next summer!
