I didn’t realize it was a smoking hotel so that is an issue because there is some lingering smell because of that. Two out of 3 lightbulbs in my room did not work so that was annoying but it was late so I did not ask for replacements. I probably would not book again because of the smoking.

We reserved a King non-smoking. The lobby smelled like pot and cleaning products. The person who helped us said nothing other than "driver's license" so I wasn't even sure when we were done. We had no information about breakfast, etc. The first room (hint) had two double beds and smelled like someone chain smoked in it all day. We got moved to a second double bed room when we were told there were no king bed rooms. It did not smell as bad and the beds were actually pretty comfortable and clean (although turning the heat on caused a very nasty odor). The toilet didn't work, though, as there was no water in the tank. That was later fixed but we can't say the same for the single elevator. It was broken both nights we stayed there. The first night the attendant reluctantly (her shift had not started yet) used a special key to retrieve the elevator from the second floor. On the second night we were not so lucky as the "manager" only had the elevator key and was not present that night. A cleaning person did tell us to have a nice day on our way out -- the first time we heard anything like that from anyone who worked there. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The one staff member I first encountered was very rude. She wouldn’t get off her phone long enough to help me check in. The room I was suppose to have originally was dirty, so they gave me another room. The second room had no towels or shower curtain. When I returned to the desk to ask for these items I was met with sarcastic comments. The bathroom in the room was also disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The whole hotel also reeked of cigarettes, even though the room I stayed in was suppose to be smoke free. The keycard to my room also gave me difficulty the whole trip, even after going to have it reset.

Good room size. There were simple cosmetic fixes that a little care could fix (hole in wall, paint over lapping unpainted areas). One night the toilet back overflowed, front desk fixed. Last night it was a humid as the jungle - then it was fixed by morning. All in, exactly what we expected.

The front desk is covered with bulletproof glass, need I say more?!? The shower curtain had mold on the bottom that was clearly visible and was disgusting. The sink had black all over Inside and clearly needed to be scrubbed! The TV remote had no back cover and the batteries kept falling out during my whole stay! The hardwood floors were dirty and lifting up to the point we kept stubbing our toes on the floor!! If you don’t believe me check out the pictures provided….

You get what you pay for. Hotel and rooms were dirty and run down. Asked four separate times to have room cleaned over 3 days and it never happened, they seemed very understaffed and no active management.

People literally standing outside the entrance smoking weed, so close that you could smell it all through the lobby and hallways. Elevator and second floor hallways also wreaked of it. Our room was fairly clean, the A/C worked great. However the ceiling was falling down in the shower. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more and stay somewhere else!!

Great value, cozy, comfortable accomodations. Great for short family trips where price is more relevant than major amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. We had an issue with our room entry card keypad but the staff anticipated our needs even though it couldn't be repaired during our stay. The beds were ok as far as comfort. Overall a great stay for the price.

Everything was good but the door locks didn’t work unless you had a master key which made going out an inconvenience because you always had to find staff to get back in the room. And the toilet didn’t work the 1st night. The staff was wonderful tho especially the 2 young lady’s at the front desk.
