Hotel is average and needs updating. Our shower head was very old and fell off, and bathrooms were dated. Door in the front lobby heading to the hallway is not user friendly and needs to be replaced. The view from our room was lovely and the front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating and made check-in a breeze. They charged us $22 for parking and it was in the overflow and we had to walk across the street and down to get there which is not convenient with luggage and kids. All in all you get what you pay for, it was cheaper in price and the value was reflected in that. Don’t expect luxury. But location, staff, cleanliness, and free breakfast make up for some of the cons if you need a decent place to rest your head in the heart of the Falls.
