Parking was an issue with the snow. Some nights you have to park in a lot below the property and the walkway was not cleaned. I asked if the lot was full where I could park and they had no answer. Usually I go when there isn’t so much snow. First time.

Quaint and Hospitable

The hotel was beautiful and quaint. The staff was generous and helpful in finding local activities and dining places during our stay. I would definitely recommend booking your stay in the Niagara Falls area at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa. We also paid for a spa treatment that did not disappoint at all. I will definitely be coming back to Niagara Crossing.

Beautiful peaceful property with dining options nearby. Large, clean rooms with unusually spacious bathroom area. Bedding and towels were spotless, well prepared breakfast choices in the lobby, Sara at the desk was delightful. My only wish was one more comfy chair to enjoy our fireplace and TV otherwise a perfect stay!

Staff went above and beyond. We were stuck there during a snow storm. Rooms are supposed to have an old fashioned look, but could use some updates. Bed was very comfortable. Discovered they had a Hot tub. Will bring suits next time.

This is one of my favorite hotels of all time. It’s not perfect—there are a few dings in the walls and the breakfast can get a little routine. The staff is excellent though, and the location is amazing. I travel alone and feel totally safe, secure, relaxed and comfortable at this hotel.

This was our third time staying here. The first time we stayed here it was under the old name and management. Personally I believe it was a tad bit better. Now the hotel seems a bit more rundown. Doesn't seem like the new ownership has invested into the hotel part. Staff was friendly which is always a bonus! Riverview room is very spacious with a view towards the river.
