I stayed here for 2 days & checked out on Saturday. The breakfast had variety of options on Saturday morning however it was a different story on Friday. Also it gets very crowded so you gotta wait in line more often for breakfast The property wasn’t clean either. Bathroom was not kept well. And the elevators were dirty too. It seemed like the property was not cleaned in a long time. I wouldn’t stay here again

We need to ask to clean the room. We need to ask for towels and toiletries. Bathroom lock not working. The room we got was not cleaned at all. I complained about locks but nothing happened. Despite all of this they charged full amount.

It wasn’t terrible, but the halls and hotel common areas could have been cleaner… I just think there’s a lot of traffics and makes it hard for janitorial staff to manage. The food area could have been cleaner; the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed. But the receptionists were very pleasant and catering!

Room was mostly clean. Dust on floors near walls and behind doors, especially in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, the typical standard breakfast. Only hot item was waffles but they had a variety of breads: English muffins, bagels, etc. and a variety of fruits. With the huge crowds staying at this hotel, our room was quiet and we slept well.
