The hotel had some good and some not so good. The good was the convenience of the location…it was literally walking distance to everything and the staff was always very friendly. The not so good was the cleanliness. It initially appeared to be ok but then I found a contact lens on the floor by the bathroom sink so it was obvious the floors weren’t cleaned prior to our stay. The bigger issue was they put us on the pet friendly floor which wouldn’t have been a problem but there was no elevator to our room and my husband has mobility problems so getting up the steps was difficult. Plus we had to lug our suitcase up and down those steps. The outside patio where we took our dog to relieve herself was frequented by homeless people as well as weed smokers. There were times we didn’t feel safe sitting out there. Would I recommend it? Probably, but if any of the areas I mentioned would be bothersome then no.

Don’t stay here until they clean up

The hotel needs major cleaning and better handicap ramps when there is a NO smoking policy they should enforce it and keep their rooms clean and not smelling like Pot!

Lack of parking on premises. Having to use a parking garage (not attached) that required using stairwells that are scary, the walk back to the hotel by myself (I have a bad back and struggle with balance) and they don't explain getting the ticket validated or you'll be paying a $20 exit fee (that also happened to me).

Breakfast 2/5: Very limited options with things running out. Only hot item was waffle station where we had to stand in queue for 30 min to make one for ourselves. Not enough seating. Location 5/5: Closer to the attractions and lots of food options Cleanliness 3/5: First room given was bad and dirty. Changed to another room which was better. Unfortunately, the property is dated and everything shows that. Parking 4/5: Parking near the property is limited but a bigger garage is around the corner and much better. Average experience for the price.

Traveling with a pet to Niagra Falls

We were traveling with our dog so we got put on the dog floor. The room was dingy and it wasn’t super clean. The bathroom mirror was so dirty we thought it was foggy when we got there. That being said the staff was great! Super helpful and friendly. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.i can’t speak to the rooms on other floors, they may be in better condition. Great location to visit the falls. A very easy walk.

Not a place I would recommend, noisy and dirty area and I probably wouldn't walk around alone after dark. Except the location of the hotel (walking distance to the Niagara Falls) there was nothing good about the place. Room and facility outdated and in great need of refurbishment, especially that the room price was not significantly cheaper than other places. Breakfast quality poor. If I could go back in time and book somewhere else I would!

Very poor quality Quality Inn

There was a horrible odor everywhere. The same sweetest young lady checked us in and out. The breakfast was a nightmare. Never went in there what there wasn’t 75-100 people. Waited 30 mins in line for one of the TWO waffle machines. Ran out of cereal, silverware, napkins, plates, orange juice, coffee , coffee cups, coffee lids, and places to sit. I watched as an older woman touched EVERY slice of bread in the container looking for the “best ones” despite the tongs laying right there. Don’t ask the young people working for assistance. They act like you are disturbing their phone time. Some had airbuds they had to remove to hear you. No housekeeping service at all the 4 nights we were there. The sticker on the mirror said you have to ask. We did, the hall housekeeper said she didn’t have any clean towels to give us we’d have to go to the front desk to get them. We did. She was great. The curtains were rags. Uncomfortable old mattresses. The pool was cloudy. DONT stay there if you don’t need to. It was close enough to walk to the falls which was convenient.

Average hotel. The bar downstairs was perfect! The pool and hot tub were an okay touch, heavy chlorine. Breakfast was a mess. Long lines limited options. Hot breakfast on weekends just waffles on weekdays but only 2 cooking stations with over 200 guest. For the price not the worst! And the walk to the falls was so easy!
