There were alot of things that needed fixing. The pull out couch was broken. The shower spout was falling out and had been recaulked many times. The water diapensed from spout and shower withoit option for one. We had kid and 96 yr old grandma so thins was inconvenient. Bars were out of all featured drinks on a tuesday night. And we were charged for parking, which would have been ok if anyone had told me this was going to automatically go on my incidental charges. The water park was nice and i was impressed by the attention the life guards where giving. But the floors needed to be cleaned more often, they were dirty. Also lines for slides where very slow moving, there werent even many people in the line. We also had to ask for our room to be cleaned and towels changed.

Great for kids and gave us what we wanted, which was a fun night away for my son’s birthday with friends - the water park and activities were great. Not so great was that I was incorrectly charged an additional $600 on my bill in checkout. And only noticed this when I checked my credit card bill. The overcharge was reimbursed quickly, but please make sure you check charges after your stay.

A lot of the staff was very nice. Some of them were not friendly at all and when you’re dealing with kids, I don’t think that’s right. Way too expensive but they had a good time.
