The property overall was very nice. But I had issues regarding safety, which I reported to the staff. I was initially meant to stay for two days but after the incident left after the first day.

This is a large, opulent hotel with several restaurants and a very helpful staff. They arranged transportation and a tour guide for our custom itinerary with no hesitation. The club level bar area was well worth the upgrade... delicious food served frequently and the wine was good. The service was the highlight, as they will go out of their way to accommodate you, and make sure you are happy. Highly recommend.

Exceptional hotel. We had some issues with plumbing and had to move rooms which was a shame, but it’s still one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Royal Club Lounge is well worth the price and is a great addition to a stay.

Stayed at Leela Palace for 4 days. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast could have had more choices but still worthwhile. Service is fantastic. The only downside to the hotel at the moment is the light construction being done. It isn’t visibly noticeable but you can hear some drilling during weekdays mostly in the lobby and some disturbance when in the room.

Leela Palace is EXCELLENT

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent hospitality. Courteous staff. They really know how to take care of their guests. This includes the service that they provide till you have checked in your luggage at the airport. I have never experienced this in 5 star hotels anywhere.
