The pool was not open but I doubt I’d use it given how dirty the hotel was. The breakfast was bread and butter. No coffee in the breakfast room or lobby. Had I not been checked in by Robert, this would be a one star review. He was polite and considerate.

Too expensive I visit this hotel 6-8 times in a year 3-4 days each trip, is incredible how bad the hotel is going. Never clean towels for the pool , pool is dirty for months you can leave something there and you will found it 2 months later, also the young residents brings guess to the pool and hanging out in the hallway . Is insane no hot water in some rooms cracks in the bathroom cockroaches in the bathroom, cigarette in the dirty hallways kids running back and forth and smoking.

Disgusting property give me a bedroom no air conditioning right in the back on the side I asked for a quiet room in the room was on the highway and next to a train okay I route 46 noise all night long okay to get a shower because no water in my town no hot water all right security doors to the common areas broken not locked behind a dumpster smell of the dumpster from the Japanese restaurant coming into the air conditioning on the second room because the first room had no air conditioning I had to move took me 4 hours to check in and the room was so far away I couldn't even find my way back to the laundry I mean to the front desk terrible woman at the front desk terrible terrible section 8 type of a property okay fine I understand but don't put me in that room because Expedia gives you get some kind of discount if you stay in the section 8 part okay don't go there and I'll be looking for my money back

The hotel is very basic and could use some renovations to the guest rooms. There were stsins on all the furniture and curtains. I sprayed everything with lysol before getting relaxing. Online, there was a picture of a hot tub but when we entered the pool area there was no hot tub. The pool area needs to be swept because there were balls of hair just laying around on the floor. The poolside chairs were sticky for some reason

Our stay was most disappointing in every way. Their was no room service, the offer of breakfast was a joke, the grounds were dirty complete with rat traps, police apparently had to be called one of the nights we were there, and the one time we went to the desk to request towels, the desk clerk was asleep with her head on the desk and another time when we were forced to go to request towels, toilet paper and to have our garbage dumped, we were told there were no towels because they were in the wash. This was at ten o'clock on a Sunday morning. Beyond pathetic!!!

The first room they gave me smelled like smoke so I changed rooms and the second room they gave me was dirty from the walls to the cabinets to the sheets. The floor had a hole in it, the toilet wouldn't stop flushing, the beds were not leveled, and the shower curtain wouldn't even close. I also saw a roach running around the floor at night
