A lot on the property is poorly maintained, a lot is falling apart, shower curtains aren’t even able to do what they’re intended to do. Dirty bed sheets as well. Half of the staff were really helpful and friendly, other half weren’t at all. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place unless you need something quick and cheap.

Mediocre stay at unkempt and dodgy hotel

I stayed here for two nights as I was attending the Beyoncé concert at MetLife. While the location was convenient enough and the price was rather affordable, that’s where the positives end. We arrived hours after check in and the room was still not ready for about 30 minutes. The room itself was okay, but the beds were uncomfortable and only came with two (mismatched) thin pillows. The hallways were a mess. It looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, and guests often left bags of trash to fester in the hallway — speaking of, the other guests were rather unruly and caused a lot of disturbance that not even the loud and rickety room A/C could cover up. Breakfast is free but I wouldn’t bother with its meager options. I would not choose to stay here again.

Our room was not ready AFTER our check in time. The hotel property is not kept up with well. There is tape on walls for signs. The building is attached to an abandoned hibachi restaurant. Very odd. The free breakfast was crowded and messy.

Proper communication

My stay was amazing, excellent service and well kept environment. The only reservation is my checking in, stood for almost 50 minutes because of excuse of computer glitch and room is being cleaned at 6.45pm 🙄 On checkingout, despite associate offering an hour stay longer to check out which was detailed in the receipt, by 11am the housekeeper banged on my door twice to check out (DO NOT DISTURB SIGN HANGED ON THE DOOR).

Not a clean hotel . The lobby and the path to the room has dirt on the carpet. I complained and they said busy day today ☹️ Bas Smell inside and AC was too noisy. Noise from ouside the room . We didn’t feel safe and checked out early. Breakfast was horrible.

The property had significant water issues during my stay. Initially, I was placed in a room where there was no water, and when it did come on, it was dirty. I was then moved to another room, but once again, there was no hot water, and I discovered roaches in the room. I was informed that the water issues would be resolved the following day, so I had to forgo taking a shower that night. The next day, I was told they were fully booked and asked if I could use my mom's room to shower. This was a difficult decision. Additionally, the hallways smelled like smoke and were dirty, with broken rugs that posed a safety hazard.ith broken rugs that posed a safety hazard.

We stayed at your property for 5 days with our family. Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations due to a few key concerns. Firstly, the cleanliness of the property needs serious improvement. Throughout our stay, not a single day was room service provided, which was very disappointing, especially for a longer stay. Secondly, the behavior and attitude of the staff towards customers needs to be improved. We felt that basic hospitality and courtesy were lacking, which impacted our overall comfort and experience.
